(Author note: I've had this story in my mind for the longest time, so I decided to put it up. It takes place in 2017, but will have some inconsistencies with the year and what was being filmed at that time, Civil war had already come out and this is an avengers movie after that and before infinity war. Thor Ragnarock has yet to come out so Mark Ruffalo will not be joining until later in the story. FEEDBACK REALLY HELPS!!!!!! I also, (obviously) don't own anything but the plot and main character.)
Lydia walked into the audition room, Breathe, She reminded herself, This is it, final audition, beyond this door is the final hurdle to becoming part of something amazing. It didn't help that her insomnia was being impossible and hadn't let her sleep more than 4 hours that night. Being a 13 year old with raging hormones didn't help in this case either... or ever. She had taken a break after Matilda, a short one, mind you, but a break all the same and she wanted to get back into acting.
She steeled herself, rubbed her Evenstar Lord of the Rings necklace for luck, and pushed open the door.
There they were, Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., And Chris Hemsworth, here for her final audition, reading for their own individual characters. She smiled at them and said a polite "Good Morning." She reached her hand out for them to shake, introducing herself. They responded accordingly, though a few stared at her eyes, heterochromia, that's what she had, one completely stunning golden brown eye and one forest green eye. She smiled at them again and picked up the script, glancing at the Russo brothers,
"Let's get started then, shall we?" She asked, smiling, she was doing a lot of that today, wasn't she? They took up respective positions, her character sitting on a metal chair staring defiantly at them. This. This is what Lydia Lynn was made for. With a silent prayer to Odin, she became Raven, the newest Avenger.
