"What is happening..?"
A young boy looking through the window in fear, tears streaming down on his cheek as the sound of the shouting got louder inside the room.
"Suga!" Girl voice shouted her boyfriend's name, waving at him with a happy smile. The lovely couple embraced in each other's arms with their heart beating continuously in sync. "What is it, bun?" He smiles, looking down at her. "Today I'm gonna visit my parents!" She happily exclaimed. "Oh really? Have fun then!"
"If only, I could see your smile again"
"I wish you can go with me.." (Y/n) sadly pouted at him as he pats her head with a smile. "I'm sorry, I have a practice match with Karasuno today," Sugawara said to her with a chuckle. "Promise me, you will go to meet my parents!" She said to him, looking at him with a warm smile. "I promise"
"If only, I could fulfill that promise.."
"It's practice time.." Sugawara said with a little smile as he saw her pouting again. "Do you have to..?" She asked him, looking down on the ground. "I'm sorry bun but I have to, I promise I will meet them," Sugawara said with a small chuckle, patting her head. "Okay! Then, good luck with your practice match" She said to him, giving him a peck on his cheek.
Sugawara gave her a peck on the cheek too and smiled "Have fun with your parents" He said and waved at her before walking to the gymnasium. She waved back at him and walked to the school entrance.
"If only, I didn't go to the practice match"
Walking home with a smile, she received a text message from her friend. She texted her friend while walking home. She wasn't paying attention to the street and without realizing it was a green light and she crossed the road without looking.
That was until she heard a car honking at her. She hurriedly turned her head and saw a car coming toward her with full speed, honking at her. Before she could do anything else the car crashes onto her, sending her flying three meters away. She landed on the ground with blood all over her head and body.
"SOMEONE CALL THE AMBULANCE!"
"h-huh..?" Her eyes were half-open with a very blurry sight. She could hear people shouting for help. "S-Suga.." The last word escaped from her mouth before she completely fainted.
"If only, I could stop you from walking.."
The doctors hurriedly took her to an emergency room and start operating. The nurse contacted the person and it was Suga. When he heard the news, Sugawara immediately excused himself and sprinted fast to the hospital, finding her still in an emergency room. Looking through the window, where is his girlfriend is. He broke down in tears, he's scared of losing her...his first love.
"If only, I can see you opening your eyes like a sleeping beauty"
"Doc! Her heart is starting to stop beating!" Shouted one of the doctors as he checked her breathing and her heart. "Keep checking! We have to save her!" "Roger!" As the doctor keep checking her health until he heard the monitor beeping, meaning her heart is stopping beating.
"Use defibrillator now!" The doctor took the defibrillator and shocked her multiple times but nothing. They shocked her again and again but nothing, her body starting to get colder as her face was pale because she lost too much blood after the accident.
"If only, I could save you in time"
"Today at 5 pm the death of (L/n) (Y/n).." The doctor said, their heart shatters in pieces, seeing a dead angel in front of them. They slowly covered her body and face with a white blanket with their sad expression.
"Sir Sugawara, I'm sorry for telling you this but...she's gone. We tried our best" The doctor lowered his head after telling him the news. That's it.
His world crashed into pieces as his tears keep falling nonstop. His first childhood best friend, soulmate, and his first love has died in front of him. He could feel his heart shattering into small very small pieces like no one can puzzle it back as she did. She was everything to him...
"If only, we can go back in time.."
"Bun, how are you? Are you happy there in heaven?" His lips formed into a tiny smile, placing flowers on his beautiful girlfriend's funeral. Sugawara holding his umbrella, standing in front of his girlfriend's funeral as the rain poured hardly. "I'm doing fine here...if only you were with me, I definitely would be doing fantastically. I miss you, bun" He confesses as the tears of the corner of his eyes fell.
"If only, God gave you another chance of living. I would give you all my love for you that is hidden inside of me. I'm sorry that I couldn't save you...I wish you happy up there and I will see you in heaven soon"
