Virgil and Vanessa learns not everything is real in movies and learns to trust more people.

It was already a few days since the first day, Virgil and Vanessa had slowly settle down in the new school. They didn't really interact with anyone in the school than the small group. Until one day, Vanessa starts franticly search for her gym clothes. She could find them and P.E was just around the corner. Then, she felt a tap on her shoulder. A red headed girl with vibrant green eyes, who Vanessa knew was one of the cheerleaders was behind her with her P.E clothes that looked soaking wet and another clean one. She slightly remembered her name being Erica.
(A/N: Lily Potter XD)

"Hello, I found Melissa (Ceasar's sister) putting this in the trash can and I saw your name, so I decided to return it to you. Then, I heard her laughing saying you have P.E. So, I went and ask the other cheerleaders if they have an extra in your size. So, here you go and by the way Emily helped wash your actual clothes but their still wet." She said in a shy voice, a little shy smile grazing her pretty face as she approach her one of her favorite idols for the first time.
(A/N: You know damn well Emily was happy at holding Vanessa's stuff and mad at Melissa for what she did.)

A little pink flush on her freckled face as the ex- idol stared at her. Vanessa took the clothes and thanked her. "Oh and if you want to return the clothes just find a cheerleader named Jessica Rogers. Those are her clothes, that she lend to you." Erica continued before waving good bye to her. Vanessa stood there before hanging her wet clothes and putting the clean ones in a safe space so they won't get trashed like hers.
(A/N: Jessica Rabbit, Roger Rabbit, Jessica Rogers 🐇🐰)

She smiles, this was the first time someone had treat her like a normal student and not someone she used to be. Maybe she should take Elmer and David to try and trust people again...

A loud thud sounded through out the hall as Ceasar slammed Virgil on to the floor. The bully laughed but before he can do something else something was thrown at the back of his head. It was a football. "Oi, you dick. Stop bullying people, you pathetic piece of shit." A voice yelled. It was one of the football players. His hair was a messy sandy blonde. His eyes a bright piercing amber.  "Fuck off, James!" Ceasar yelled rubbing his sore head.
(A/N:Bitch, no. You fuck off.)

"I'll report you to Roman, you little bitch!" The jock or now named James warned. Ceasar huffed and walked away at Virgil while giving him a nasty glare. "You good, bro?" James said, holding his hand out for Virgil to take. His amber eyes shown concern for him. Hesitantly, Virgil took it. James gave him a crooked smile, suddenly feeling shy before pulling Virgil up. Virgil stabilize themself, dusting off any might be existing dust from the nasty school floor on his clothes.
(A/N: I don't even wanna know the nasty shit other students step on)

He gave the other boy a quiet thank you before going to his next class. It was a little weird how James didn't fit in to the jock stereotype. He was alot nicer than what Virgil expected a jock should be. It was a weird exchange for someone whose life is made up from a movie and he wasn't really sure if they wanted this but he thinks he wants to give a try at changing his movie perception to a reality one.
(A/N: The cheerleaders and jocks of the school are dorks)

Virgil and Vanessa were both rushed into this new environment and situation. They thought this might be one of the many horrible experience life wanted to give them yet everyone, minus Ceasar, his gang and sister was so gentle and patient while handling them despite their snappy and easily angered personality.
(A/N: You two just think your snappy. In reality, you just stared at people like a creep)

~Meanwhile with the cheerleaders and jocks~

"How are you guys doing with Vanessa." Roman asks the cheerleaders. "We're doing good! She's starting stop thinking about movie cheerleaders whenever she sees us." Erica answered. "Sweet! That's why you're my smart bestie" James praised her, while giving her a hug. "Boii, between both of us I'm the only one with actual braincells." Erica answers, as she smirks hearing the offended gasp from James. "Are not!" "Are too!" They both yelled as they started to bicker like siblings. Then, a black boy got in the middle of them. "Girls, girls. Your both pretty. Now for the problem about Virgil and Vanessa." The boy with dreadlocks said, to the bickering friends. The boy had beautiful dark skin. His eyes were a gray-ish blue. Not quite blue but not really gray either. "Thank you, A.J." Roman thanks him.
(A/N: That's a lie. Erica only has half a braincell and James has none)

"Bitch." James muttered facing away from Erica. "Language!" Patton exclaimed at the cuss words as Emily chuckled beside him. "Okay, back to Virgil and Vanessa. James, how about Virgil?" Roman asks. James perked up and Roman and Patton felt a slight irritation and jealousy. "You should have seen how I head shotted Ceasar's head! It was so cool and he was so mad too! Virgil didn't even get mad or refuse when I help him stand up." He gushed, liking having someone listen to him other than A.J and Erica.
(A/N: Cute dork liking bullies getting hurt :))

"Good boy, James!" A.J smiled, giving him a praise while also ruffling his hair. James face flushed at the praise his face instantly breaking out in a smile."Yeah, good job." Patton praised him too. If James was a dog, his tail would be wagging. 'What a fucking praise whore.' Some of the cheerleaders and jocks sweat dropped at his behavior. "You did a good job, both of you. High five!' Roman said putting out his hand for them. They both eagerly accepted after all Roman was like a family to them.
(A/N: I mean, who doesn't like praises? I do but not as much as James the Praise Whore of Sanders High's Football team)

"Now, all of you keep up the good work. I will send your payments after school" Roman told all of them. "Okay, Roman~!"  They all answered him eagerly. After all, Roman would never do anything bad to any of them right? He is like a family to all of them. He only wants the best for all of them. After all he is helping them through school and even paying for their necessities. He's a good guy. Right...?
(A/N: Surprise, bitches. Roman pays them >:D)

Author's Note:

Most of the cheerleaders and jocks are paid by Roman to follow his orders. Most of them comes from a poor background and joined the team for scholarships. They all are not acting nice to Virgil and Vanessa though, they just follow Roman's orders. Erica, A.J and Jason are a trio of some sorts. They are very important in the future but they will have some random screentime for time to time. Jessica won't be revealed yet but she is important but will stay shady in the book. Hint, she has a connection to Emily. What do you think A.J is for? I would like to hear your suggestions and headcanons for them.

Rant: Honestly, I don't know what my parents want from me. If I have emotions they say it's annoying when I just feel numb they told me to stop being a rock. I don't know how to feel at this point. The problems is whenever they did something wrong they will keep saying my name like I'm bad luck when I got mad, they say I should respect them and I have a bad attitude. That's kinda one of the main reasons I didn't update this book. Sorry for ranting.
