Why?

"You brought about this world! And you expect me to save it?! This charm is the cause of your incompetence of being a god and a father."

They sighed at me as I held my clenched jaw shut. If it weren't for the blackness of the cold my palms would have been sweating bullets. Being in Their presence alone makes me furious.
These beings -while given the praise that they long for - don't care about the lives They claim to have created since the beginning. It's not really a surprising fact. Still, the amount of pain that has occurred and will most likely be worse in the future won't fall on Them.

"Thine eyes will see the hearth of the earth with the cost of thy spiritual blood."

"And if there is no 'spiritual blood' then what?" I looked up. All six eyes of red, gold, and purple glanced at me for a moment, then the purple set of them look onward to the Earth again.

" 'Time waits on no MAN'."

"But if MAN was the creator of the concept of time, then MAN waits on no MAN."

They didn't respond. Their purple eyes looked back at me running in a never ending pool of indigo and magenta around dark holes.

Turning my head away from Them, the Earth spun fast with the moon tagging along. Her silver surface paled against the Earth’s sky. She was in all her glory dotted with the dark pigments of time and sickly shined in comparison to her true light facing her Sun From here I could see the Empire State gleaming in all its glory among the states while it's city is roaring in the night. Not far from it was the twin buildings communicating with each other by their various rooms and lights. Scanning the planet again Egypt passed my gaze. Giza's pyramids were stunning as usual. Brother told me they were once covered in white limestone and the middle pyramid had some kind of gold or sapphire mini pyramid tip that shined bright when the sun rose. The Sphinx was still resting, waiting for me to come and accept any riddle she could offer. I hope Cleo wouldn't mind me borrowing her skills.

"You will fight James. And nothing can change your destiny. Not even I."

The feeling of the crimson orbs gleaming in my head made my heart skip in a panic. I didn't look at them. My t-shirt stuck to my skin and my hair frizzed. To my right I could hear Their bright features boom at me cracking and pulsing into another form. The sounds reminided me of wood burning on a fire pit, giving up its existence into the Earth's air.
I wouldn't dare to look at Them. Not at Him. Never my Father.
