It was a day like no other for Naomi and her family. They were setting up camp for the night, her 13 year old big brother Miko was helping her Dad Quill set up the tents, while her Mother Mila was preparing dinner. Naomi ran around playing Ninja with her little brother Yuki, as they played they heard their Mother call out to them...
Mila (Mom): "Naomi! Yuki! Dinners ready come and eat!!"
Naomi: "Ok Ma!! Be right there! Come on Yuki let's go eat" I smiled at Yuki, and grabbed his hand.
I sat down next to the fire pit to eat, with Miko to my left and Yuki to my right and my parents in front of us. I looked up at the stars as I ate the ramen with a side of chicken and broccoli Mama made for us. 'Boy, if my parents would let me I would stay up all night just to watch the billions upon billions of stars in the sky shine their light down upon us every night.' I thought to myself.
Once we all finished up I lay down and looked at the sky. My mind started to wander as I got lost in my thoughts, back to 2 months ago...
Well everybody that's it for the first chapter!! I hope you like it! I know nothing much happened in this chapter but it's just to start off the story, I promise the next few chapters will be better!!!
