Todoroki quietly walks into the house. Nobody was in the living room or the kitchen, in fact, the house seemed completely empty. The only thing that made him believe someone was home was the burning fireplace. "Ooh, I hope Papa isn't home." With his bags in hand he marches up the stairs and dashed to his room. He walks over to his closet and hides them in a lower cubby of the cushioned bench. Todoroki turns the light out and steps out of the closet. When he turns around he shrieks, seeing his grandfather just standing there.

"Pop-pop! Warn me when you are in my room. Seriously I need to tell Papa to get you a bell."

"I may be part feline", the man says, "but that doesn't mean I need a bell."

Todoroki laughs. Tashiro (his grandfather's name) never liked accessories that humans used on their pet cats. It was insulting according to him. That's why if Todoroki ever wanted to wear a choker with a little bell on it, he'd make sure to put it on when he leaves the house and before he comes back home. As if his brain finally processed something, the teen's mismatched eyes widen. "W-wait! You're back from the banquet?! Does that mean Papa and Fuyumi are back too?!"

"Rest assured", Tashiro says, "they're still at the banquet. Since Enji is the host he stays there longer. I just got tired and I asked to be taken home early." He smiles after, "How was your outing?"

      Todoroki blushes, "fun."

"That's good." Tashiro yawns and pats his stomach. "I'm going to head for bed. Goodnight Shouto."

"Night Pop-Pop. Love you."

"Love you too." Todoroki leans his body to watch as the man goes. The soft patter of his sandals becoming faint, soon after he hears the sound of a door closing. Todoroki relaxes his body and flops down in the bed. "Tired...". His eyes become heavy as he tries to fight off the sleep. But it was inevitable, he had a very busy night so his brain demanded that he'd sleep.

🍁🍁🍁

"Okay! It's Saturday...today's the day I help Midoriya move. However....". Todoroki peeks down the stairs. Enji sat in the recliner chair reading from his iPad. For the entire week he hasn't told him that he had something to do. The only person that knew was Tsuyu, and even she was against him going to the upper city. Enji was overprotective, and it seemed to have duplicated after his mother left. If he told him that he was going, Enji would surely skip the lecturing and ground him for LIFE.....right after he destroyed Tokyo just to look for the two hunters.

"Maybe...I could tell Fuyumi? She's clearly suspicious with what I'm always up to."

"Tell me what?" Todoroki helps and turns on his heels. The white haired woman stood behind him with her arms crossed. A stern look in her face. Todoroki could feel himself sweat as his tail wrapped around his thigh underneath the yellow sundress he wore along with the matching sun hat. Fuyumi looks him over, "you're dressed cutely. Going out with someone?"

"Yep! I'm going out with Tsuyu and Mina."

      "Oh really?"

Escape, escape, escape, escape–! "Yep! Now I don't want to keep them waiting." He heads down the stairs quickly and walks over to Enji. He kisses between his y'all and fluffy cat ears and hugs him briefly. "I'll see you guys later." Enji turns around, "wait a second son." Todoroki stops at the open door and turns around, wobbly smile on his face. What a way to act natural.

"I didn't know you were doing anything today", Enji says. He stands from his chair. "I was going to ask if you wanted to go and have a family picnic. You know, I'm very busy with work and with all these disappearances it's been stressful. You didn't come to the banquet so I was a little disheartened, b-but if you're busy then....".
