Being a CEOs boyfriend sure was difficult but still namjoon would give attention to the brown haired man who he called boyfriend, jimin always understood whenever namjoon canceled on him or didn't spend so much time with him because the blond man was the owner of one of the most important companies in the country, still his boyfriend always made sure to give the shorter some quality time and made sure he was doing fine just as he took care of the clumsy man, but today was not one of those happy times.
Namjoon was constantly spending his days either at the company or at their shared house locked inside his office just working as he was getting stressed over the companys upcoming anniversary since a lot of possibly new work partners would be attracted by the event, in the other hand jimin was being worried over his boyfriends health since namjoon would constantly skip meals or just shut himself off, and today jimin was feeling sick, slowly making his way down the stairs right away spotting the familiar blond head of his boyfriend jimins smile appeared as he took a seat beside the taller man slightly leaning onto his side.
"Good morning" not reciving an asnwer as namjoon just kept on writing on his laptop "not now baby" sighing not wanting to disturb the man he got up and made his way to the kitchen feeling his throat sore, setting the tea pot with water already inside turning on the stove letting the water heat up while he slided a lemon. Soon the water was ready as he turned off the fire and served half a cup squeezing the two lemons, footsteps where heard coming down the stairs as his suit dressed boyfriend got inside the kitchen taking an apple "I will back for lunch but I will go out again at night" kissing the shorters cheek and leaving.
The time for namjoon to get back home was approaching but jimin wasn't feeling any better his throat less sore for the pill he had taken but the pain was still there his body starting to ache and coughs appearing from time to time "I told you to solve that!" The angry voice of his boyfriend was heard from the living room, wanting to go to the doctor jimin made his way downstairs where his fuming boyfriend was on the phone "no! Change it for tonight" angrily hanging up while rubbing his temple "joon?" Calling out in a small voice for the man "can you tak-"
"What now jimin?" His words coming in a irritated way as he looked over at the shorter man "can- can you take me-" but namjoons ringing phone cut him off mid sentence as the older man rolled his eyes answering the call "yes send it and then ask for the list" humming once again before rolling his eyes "what?! How come you don't have them?! I will bring them meet me there" humming once more before hanging up and walking into his office jimin ready to walk away before his name was shouted by the man on the office making the brunette to rush into the office "what's wrong?"
An angry namjoon behind the glass desk "did you moved my stuff?" The man feeling angry as he couldn't find the paper work he needed "what? No, you know i never get in here" he furrowed his brows to the angry man "then where are they?! Jimin I need them!" His eyes slightly widened at the way namjoons voice raised at him, he never shouted at jimin, "calm down they must be-"
"I really need to leave, don't wait for me" storming out the house, jimin felt hurt at the way he had been treated by the love of his life as his eyes welled up with tears closing his eyes and calming down.
It was late at night as he stumbled inside the house feeling drained out for how stressful the day had been a wave of guilt washing over him as he found his boyfriend laying on the couch fast asleep, most probably jimin had waited for the man to return home, namjoon knew well he shouldn't have lashed out at the man he loved and giving at fault his work was not an excuse, kneeling beside the brown haired man he noticed his damp forhead as wet brown locks sticked to his honey skin, placing the back of his hand against the youngers forhead feeling the growing hot temperature.
Sighing feeling worried he picked up his smaller body walking up the stairs and into their room placing his small frame in the soft mattress before making his way to the bathroom wetting a small towel and placing it on the youngers burning forhead before rushing down the stairs and back to their room with a glass of water and pill for when jimin woke up, after changing his clothes and his boyfriend into one of his big hoodies namjoon layed down beside the sleeping man; he wrapped his arm over the youngers waist pulling him closer covering both of them with the bed covers soon falling asleep.
When morning came he felt slightly better straightening up into a sitting position the now dry towel falling from his forhead making him stare at in confusion before slowly and expectantly beside him, at the sight of the already awake man his heart started racing before throwing himslef onto the olders arms "morning to you too" softly chuckling as he still laid on the bed jimin holding tight onto namjoon before pulling away "i'm sorry i made you angry" namjoons heart tightening as he sat up along jimin.
"It wasn't your fault baby and I should be apologizing i shouldn't have shouted at your or even gotten angry not even when you where feeling sick" cupping the youngers face as he lovingly looked into his eyes meaning each word, jimin softly smiled closing his eyes briefly "how are you feeling now?"
"Better, thanks to you" both of their smiles growing before namjoon planted a small kiss on jimins plump lips "I won't go to work today, so how about we just stay in and you let me take care of you" leaning back against the headboard pullibg jimin to rest his head against his chest "okay but tomorrow you better work still don't overwork yourself" feeling worried by how much namjoon has been working "I promise and sorry again the papers I needed where alrededor in the office" jimin looked up at his guilty looking boyfriend "don't worry at all" softly smiling.
"I love you" mumbling the words as jimin leaned up sharing a sweet long kiss before pulling away "I love you too"
