After school, Matt told me that he'll be taking me out for lunch, so I drove home with my car, followed by him. After I stopped in our driveway, I climbed into his car and we drove off to a restaurant about 2 miles out of town.
"Table for two?" asked a waiter with a smile of generosity
"Yes" nodded Matt
"Follow me" she said and led us to a booth near the a window. We sat down, she gave us our menus and said that she'll be returning in five minutes.
"Don't worry babe, I'll order" said Matt while searching the menu.
"And said I'd like what you order?" I scoffed
"I can promise you that you love it" he leaned over the table gave me a peck on my lips.
"Are you coming to my game tomorrow night?" he asked
"Yeah, it starts at five right?"
"Actually at six, but you can come at five and watch me practice" he said
"No, thank you" I scoffed
"Have you decided yet?" asked the waiter, ready two write in her little note book.
"Two classic chocolate shakes, two cheese burgers, extra cheese though" ordered Matt
"Anything else?"
"An ice cold water" I intervened and Matt's eyes darted at me.
"Why water?" he scoffed with a questioned look on his face.
"Uh...to wash the unhealthy foods you just ordered"
"You know, everything we serve here is 99.9% healthy and delicious" remarked the waiter
"I'm drinking the water for my skin" I rolled my eyes.
"Okay and one glass of water"
30 Minutes Later...
"Babe, where are we going?" I asked
"I just have to do a quick pick-up" he said with his eyes focused on the road. No further questions asked. Within two minutes, we stopped at a house. Matt climbed out of the car and jogged up the door. I stared at him as he rang the doorbell and Ryan opened. Handed a black backpack over to Matt and scrolled on their phones. After that they shook hands and Matt came back to the car.
"What was that about?" I asked as he climbed into the car
"Don't worry babe. It's nothing reason" he said and threw the bag onto the backseat. For some reason, I felt very suspicious of Matt's actions. He told me to stay away from Ryan and then he went to Ryan's house. Something seems a fishy.

"Hi mom and dad" I greet as I approach the living room and the greet me back.
"So, one of my friend's is having a party tonight, can I go?" I stuttered
"A party?" scoffed my dad
"Yeah, and don't worry, I'm not gonna drink or do drugs" I pointed out. My mom's eyes met my dad's and gave him a look which they would understand.
"Your curfew is ten, not a minute later" my dad said and stood up and went to the kitchen.
"Thanks" I ran to my room to pick out my best outfit. After I got everything ready, I laid on my bed scrolling through my Instagram. And eventually, I fell asleep...
