3. Guardian

Author: Ghost friends! Welcome back!

Before we start I have a question... how do you feel about a chapter where I have them all go ghost hunting? I have a idea in my head and it'd be cute. But idk how anyone would feel about a Chapter with them doing that.

Kageyama and Hinata got to the gym by their house where they played. As soon as they got there Kageyama started to practice serves. Hinata watched as Kageyama stood on one side of the net and violently served ball After ball with enough force to make the sound of the ball hitting the floor ring through the entire gym. Hinata didn't want to be on the receiving end of these serves so he opted to stay against the wall. After about 13 of these deadly serves Kageyama stopped and just silently stood there.

Hinata walked over to him .
"Better?" He asked.
Kageyama didn't say anything he put his arms around Hinata and brought him to his chest.
"You know she's in prison and can't do anything to you, right?" He heard Hinata say against his chest.

"I'm not scared of her hurting me. I'm worried that she'll send someone to hurt you or the twins.... Or one of our friends." Kageyama said and squeezed Hinata tighter against him.

Hinata kind of pushed himself away so he could actually breathe.
"You do realize that we live in the same neighborhood as my mom and Aizawa and Daichi. I highly doubt she'd be dumb enough to send someone to do something knowing that."

He felt Kageyama pull him closer again.
"I think I want to track down my dad. I think that he might be able to answer some questions that I have."
Kageyama had said that several times before but never really meant it.  This time though he sounded more serious about it.

"Aizawa is friends with a privet detective that can help you." Hinata said.

Kageyama nodded and looked around the gym at the balls he had oh so violently served.
"Should we actually maybe practice since were here."

Hinata nodded.
"We should go get meat buns after and take them back to everyone for helping."

Kageyama smirked and said.
"You just want an excuse to get meat buns."

After they practiced for an hour they decided to pick up and leave. They headed to get some buns for everyone then headed home. As they were walking down down their neighborhood they saw two police cars parked in front of their house. They both looked at each other in panic and bolted the rest of the way to their house they threw open the door and bolted inside.
"What happened!?" They both shouted.
Only to be met with confused and shocked faces. Then they noticed that Aizawa and one of his police friends were their and sitting on their couch along with Hinata's mom, Natsu and Miwa.
Natsu and Miwa both laughed just a bit at their brothers.
"Nii-Chan don't you think that we would have called you if something had happened?" Natsu said still amused by Hinata's confused expression.

"Tobio you looked like you're about to have a heart attack." Miwa also laughed a little.

Hinata and Kageyama just stared at each other both aggravated at the fact their sisters found their hysteria amusing.

"I guess you two don't get any meat buns then."
Hinata said as he and Kageyama walked the rest of the way into the living room.

"Meat buns?!" Suga who was sitting on the floor holding both Kiko and Haruto perked up.

"Yeah we stopped on our way home to get some for everyone." Hinata said as he sat the two bags in his arms down on to the coffee table.
