Amity's parents and Boscha's parents have decided that they want to combine their influences over The Boiling Isles by having their most compatible children, their youngest, marry one another through an arranged marriage.

Amity is against the idea for a multitude of reasons, two of which being she doesn't want her partner to be picked out for her, especially by her parents, and that she already has interest in someone else, a Human named Luz. Boscha though is indifferent to the situation or doesn't mind at all, appearing to be glad with the arrangement that has been set.

The situation is awkward and the relationship between Amity and Boscha has changed even more in the last month. What will come of this arrangement?

Another day at Hexside for Amity but things aren't currently great for her. Sure her crush is going to her school now but the problem is not that Amity is now always gay panicking when she sees her but that her future partner has been chosen for her, the Captain of the Grudgby team of Hexside, Boscha. Amity and Boscha use to be "friends" but ever since Amity became friends with Luz and made up with Willow Amity has been distancing herself from Boscha and become a better person, but yet her family just had to ruin it.

Amity's parents and Boscha's parents decided to join together as one for more influence over The Boiling Isles. Amity wonders furiously why it had to be an arranged marriage to combine their power instead of literally anything else. Amity had been trying to distance herself from Boscha but she was as close as ever to her. Amity's friends were chosen by her parents and now her future lover would be picked for her as well.

To add to this bad news is that word has been going around about it at Hexside, likely a byproduct of Boscha telling her gang about it then they telling other students. It spread like wild fire. As Amity walked down the halls people glanced over towards her and whispered to each other as they passed by. The last thing Amity would want is for Luz, Amity's crush, to find out. Sure Luz is oblivious but she's not dumb, not that Amity doesn't love that, it's just that she wants to be with Luz. Go out together, hold hands, talk about Azura theories, and maybe even smooch Luz if she could.

Amity tried not to think about everything going and focused on the morning's classes, but that didn't change her mood. When other students interacted with her she would tell them to buzz off.

Amity decided to skip lunch so she wouldn't have to see Luz and hopefully Boscha. Amity would've loved to sit with Luz but she felt ashamed to see her because of the arrangement. Amity was just walking around Hexside now aimlessly. As she was approaching a corner she could hear a voice that wasn't right away recognized, but as soon as she turned the corner she saw Boscha from behind. Amity kept her gaze forward to avoid eye contact that was sometimes weird with Boscha because of her third eye and Amity having only two. As she passed she heard mention of her situation being told by Boscha who was talking to two of her classmates. Amity just kept moving forward feeling embarrassed but fate had other plans.

"Well speak of the devil, it's my future wife Amity!" Boscha grabbed Amity and pulled her next to her and wrapped her arm around Amity.

"Yep! This is my future lover! Not a bad choice I'd say." Boscha's friends chuckled. Amity hated this and was blushing.

"How's it going Wifey?" "Leave me alone Boscha." Amity said with disgust and removing Boscha's arm from her shoulders.

"What's wrong Mrs. Blight? Did you have a bad day at work?" Boscha said with her hands clenched together on her left cheek and her illusive looking eyes. "Just leave me alone Boscha."

Amity started walking away. Boscha grabbed Amity's shoulder. "No need to get all flustered Wifey." Then Amity swung around and wiped away Boscha's arm and yelled, "Just leave me alone!" Amity then ran away from Boscha. Boscha responded with "Hey! Get back here!" but Amity had left.
