(Y/n) hated spring. She's never hated anything more in her life—well, except for hard work, the sun, and staying awake. When spring came, it meant she couldn't use the cold temperatures of winter as an excuse to stay in bed all day, and it also meant she couldn't roll around in pillow and blanket fantasy when summer came. Just thinking about the heat and glaring sun made her shudder. Literally.
Another thing about spring was how often she gets sick during that season. She's never caught a cold in winter yet she catches them in spring. How does that even make sense? It's not like she has allergies or anything.
The (h/c)-haired felt her nose twitch and sucked in a breath sharply. She quickly grabbed a tissue from the box lying on the nightstand next to her, just in time to cover the next cannon that fired.
"ACHOO!" She sneezed into the napkin and groaned. The blankets that were piled on her felt too stifling. But if she took even one away, she felt cold. The female moaned and turned over. The floor was now littered with dozens of balled-up used tissues that she'd attempted to throw into the trash can. She's never been good at aiming things, after all. No wonder she nearly failed gym class.
I'm going to bleach the floor after this, she mused as she eyed the tissue-strewn floor of the bedroom. And then I'm going to bleach the hell out of a certain someone's face. What the heck is taking him so long? Actually, I hope he doesn't come here. If he does, I'm going to throw a chair at his face.
Or so she wanted. Her peace and quiet, interrupted by the occasional sneeze, was disrupted by the sound of the bedroom door opening. Light from the hallway flooded the dimly lit interior, making her furrow her brow and bury her face into the pillows stacked around her.
"You know," she wheezed through a stuffy nose. "I heard that if you send me twenty more pillows my cold will get better. Or you could send me to them. Both works."
She heard him snort and close the door behind him with a quiet click. The male crossed the distance between them and set down a platter onto the table. She sighed. He's not going to leave, is he?
(Y/n) started to roll over to face him, and aimed her best flat look at the amused male. "I wouldn't be in this predicament if someone didn't give their cold to me!"
He laughed and pulled out a chair to the side of her bed. "Are you blaming me for getting sick?"
"I'm blaming you for getting me sick. Who told you it was a good idea to hug a perfectly healthy person when you have an infectious cold?!"

Leon flushed, pink quickly spreading over the back on his neck and painting the tips of ears pale rosemary. He turned away and attempted to cover up with embarrassment by coughing into a fist. "W-well," he began. "I guess that was my fault. I'm sorry."
(Y/n) eyed him suspiciously. She'd heard the black-haired male had gotten sick from Kieran, and decided to tag along with him to visit. It wasn't every day someone like Leon got sick, but she supposed it wouldn't be as unusual as someone like, say, Tristan. Pathogens would be too scared of the blue-haired male to even approach him. The thought made her snicker. If only they knew how much he sucks with technology.
