Gen: Anyways TODAY IS YOUR SCHOOL'S FESTIVAL RIGHT?!

Senku: Yeah so come over here!

Gen: We have our classes shortened till lunch, so what is your club gonna do?

Senku: Science exhibit ofc

Gen: Of course, of course-

Senku: I'm having a break at 12 so see you! Oh and let's eat together for lunch I guess?

Gen: Oh yes NICE IDEA!! Ok imma fix now!

Gen's perspective:
Ahh yes! A lunch date with Senku-chan!! Wait, NO IT'S NOT A DATE OF COURSE!! My mind got flodded from thoughts like this. My face slowly turned into a red hue. I quickly got out of bed and fixed it before leaving my room. I woke earlier today because I remembered when Senku-chan told me about their festival that will be held today!

Our classes will be shortened because well, tomorrow will be my school's festival! Well I'm not in any club so I don't need to stay behind after classes. Well probs my friends will be clinging on me.

After awhile, I jumped into the shower and take a bath.

Tuesday, 6:30 am

Senku: Hey! If you're going with friends, I guess I'll not go with you then, I don't want to be a distraction to you guys!

After coming out of the shower. I noticed my phone lit up, probably a notif. I grabbed my phone from the kitchen counter seeing that Senku had texted me.

Senku-chan? I- I'll just hang out with you if that happens~ I whispered to myself while reading his text. Well if ever my friends decided to come with me, I'll just leave them and hang out with you~.

After looking on my phone, I turned it off and change into my uniform. Now, I remembered about Yumi's letter that she'll hang out with me after classes today, I tried shrugging it off but my anxiety thinking that she might cling to me at Senku-chan's school festival will be really embarassing, people might think we're dating, maybe even Senku-chan. I'm scared, what if that really happened?! How would I explain it? My mind went blanked for awhile.

After 30 minutes of my mind going blanked, I realized I had to go to school now. I checked on my cat sleeping and refilled his empty food bowl. After that I exited my apartment and locked the door.

As I made my way to school, I hummed some tunes and looked over the bridge infront of me. I recalled what happened on this specific bridge last week. Because of that incident, my feelings grew more towards Senku-chan. I smiled as I remembered those moments. I then contineuf my way to school.

Timeskip: after classes:

"Gen!" I knew it!

"Hi Mika-cha... YUMI-CHAN?!"
