Y/n said setting the cage down with Zoro. Before Zoro could collapse on the ground Y/n put one of his arms over her shoulder then tiring her attention to a somewhat statue dog "What's with the dog?" Zoro questioned "Doggy !" Luffy said excitedly ,rolling his cage words the dog "I don't think that's a good idea it could be dead or worse have rabies" Y/n said setting Zoro down having him lean against the step to the store

Meanwhile Luffy was having a staring contest with the dog then deciding to stretch his face failing to get a reaction from the frozen animal "Aww is the dog really dead" Luffy said disappointed "I don't give a damn" Zoro grumbled as Y/n sat on the floor next to Zoro and Luffy being the glorious idiot he is, decided to poke the dog in the eye causing it to chomp down on his hand causing to scream out in pain as he desperately tried to remove the dog " You should've listened to me now your gonna get rabies and die" Y/n said knowing full well Luffy will be fine and the dog was healthy trying her hardest not to laugh her ass off when he started freaking out even more. Zoro sweat dropped at the scene in front of him 'you sadist' he thought

  After everybody called down Y/n turned her attention to the red head that just appeared "Luffy do you know who this is?"  "Oh this is our new navigator, Nami" Luffy said "I not joining your crew! Any way I wanted to thank you guys for saving me so here" she said before tossing the key on the ground.

Zoro asked "I am the mayor of this town who are you and why are you hurting Shushu?" he demand before looking at Zoro's wound "my my that's a awful wound there" "Yeah we ran into a guy with ass big pimple on his nose, do you have a doctor around here?" Y/n asked ignoring the sweat drops her comrades and mayor were giving her. The mayor nodded before leading Zoro with the help of Y/n into a house for him to rest.

Time skip

  "Pull up you shirt" Y/n commanded "WHAT!!!" Zoro yelled flustered, his brain immediately going into the gutter "Oh chill out I need to wrap up your wound so it doesn't get affected what do you thing I was talking about? Didn't think you were that kind of guy" she replied slightly teasing but confused "Shut up!!" He yelled blush dying down. Lifting his shirt "You need to be more careful you really gave a us a scare out there" Y/n said while disaffecting is the wound making Zoro flinch at the slight pain but more happy that she was scared for him.

Mini-time skip

"Are you going to be okay" she asked concerned finishing treating his wound "Yeah I'm just gonna sleep it off" he said trying to play it off before fully relaxing on the bed, falling asleep.
Y/n walked out with the mayor.
" How's Zoro?" Luffy asked "He'll be fine, he said he was gonna sleep it off" the mayor said

"So this dogs name is Shushu?" Nami asked patting the dog " Why is he just sitting there?" Luffy asked " he is guarding the shop" " he's guarding it?" Nami asked confused. Y/n sits next to the dog. "Yes" the mayor answered Nami turned around facing the shop which turns out to be a pet store "The man who used to run this store was an old friend of mine" he continued before setting down a bowl of dog food in front of Shushu

"When he passed I took the responsibility to taking care of Shushu" " he died?" "Yes". Y/n softened her eyes, she understood why this dog was still here and was starting to grow fond of him giving Shushu affection rubs on the head making his tail wag as he continues to eat "3 months ago after fighting a illness for a long time" the mayor informed walking twirls the store locking it up "Don't tell me he is waiting for his master to returned all this time" Nami said " that seems to be the case" the mayor said 'I don't think that's it' Y/n thought "but I find that hard to believe Shushu is a smart dog probably known for while his master isn't coming back" " then why does he stay at this store then?" Nami asked "Because this is his treasure, he's gonna protect it with his life" Y/n said before the mayor could respond taking out her pocket watch from under her shirt tracing it "His treasure?" Nami repeated confused "hn" she replied as a yes before getting up turned to Luffy "I'm gonna go on a walk you going to be okay?"
