I rub my eyes and open them, I get immediately worried and scared seeing the small being sobbing quietly, shivering and shaking.

"What's wrong?! What happened?! Are you alright?!"

"I-I'm fine...j-just a nightmare..."

I hugged him tightly and nuzzled his cheek, wrapping my arms tighter so he'd feel safe. "T-thank you...I feel much better..."

"Good...because no matter what your safe with me...I'll protect you no matter what happens..."

"Haha...Thats kinda overprotective huh?...a little obsessive too..."

Shit...is it that noticeable? I blush and glare a little, placing him in middle of the bed. "I need you safe...I mean...you are the one who saved me after you scooped me..."

He smiles lightly and closes his eyes to calm down more. I lay on top of him carefully, making sure not to be too heavy for him. "You can lay down more...I don't mind..."

"A-Alright..."

I lay on him, his chest at my cheek...his legs at my thighs...his arms laying on my shoulders as he grins so adorably...I wish that I could hold him tightly forever...do everything and anything together...possibly be mine...mine only- WAIT WHAT- what am I thinking?! He's just a friend!!! Stop thinking that way!!!
