You and Dom had been dating for almost a year, when he asked you to move in, you were skeptical only because you had a cat who didn't seem to like dom at all, you cats name was chunk, dom feed him every day and gave him treats but the cat didn't like him.
Dom's pov
I was having a nice dream when I felt the bed dip, I thought it was my love getting out of bed so I turned over to only see her cat getting on the bed, maybe he'd let me touch him, I slowly extended my hand to give him a head scratch when he swatted at me with claws drawn, I jumped away and landed on the floor with a loud thud and a groan of pain, "dom love are you ok" I hear you call while peaking over the bed, "yep just another failed attempt to get chunk to like me" I said with a chuckle, she giggled at as I crawled back on the bed, "come here beauty" She said opening her arm for me, when I was about to move a loud crack of thunder and lightning appeared makeing her squeak and jump into my arms, chunk running under the bed, you hated storms they scared you a lot.
You started sobing into my chest, to my surprise chunk sat at the foot of the bed staring at me, like I did something he approved of, I rubbed her back telling her it would be ok, we layed there for a while and the noise didn't stop bit you had cried you self to sleep on my chest, when I pulled the blankets over you chunk came and sat on my chest to and started purring, I went to pet him again and he let me, I think I've made a break threw.
