11. A Secret Revenge(edited)

Sorry for being gone for so long (art is not mine but its beautiful <3)

POV Ratchets:

"Great." usually i would be quite happy being alone in the base, Optimus was out with Smokescreen (ship <3) Wheeljack, Bulkhead and Miko were out doing primus knows what, Arcee was patrolling with Ultra Magnus, Starscream was taking a nap, with Bumblebee 'volunteering' to go investigate an energon signal with Diver, who was a new recruit and apparently Magnus's adopted daughter. Everyone --even Magnus- could tell that Bumblebee was pinning after that stubborn femme. 

So you would think that would leave Ratchet to work alone in peace, But nope, somehow, Bulkhead had convinced Knockout to 'tag along.' he hadn't been out of the base since Wildbreak was born, which left Me! To watch over WIldbreak ... Sigh. I should have known.

At the moment Wildbreak was laying on his tank playing with some wooded cars that both Wheeljack and Bulkhead had made for him -They had grown quite attached to little Wildbreak- which kept him occupied for now, while I worked.

'Thankfully it was quiet'  "Ratchet?"  'I spoke too soon'  "What is it Starscream? Shouldn't you be in berth?" He seemed depressed? Well why wouldn't he, that Insecticon stole his mate and almost killed him "I've just been a bit..down. Do you think you could give me a scan, maybe some good news about my sparklings? Just to cheer me up a bit "Starscream, walked over towards Wildbreak, picking him up and holding him close to his spark, he-alone with everyone else- including Arcee, surprisingly- have grown protective over Wildbreak, he is an adorable sparkling I'll admit. 'I wonder if Wheeljack would want any sparklings? No! Not now Ratchet' "Are you alright Ratchet? Your faceplate is all blue" shaking my head I pulled Starscream into the medbay, setting Wildbreak onto the spear berth 

"Alright just lay down and be still" taking the scanner, there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the two, thank primus, but one of the sparks seems to be bigger than the other? Hmm "Is everything alright?" Starscream asked fidgeting with his didgets (?) 

"Everything seems fine, they're both healthy, but the mech seems to be a bit bigger than his sister, hmm .. Seems you have a ground seeker and a flight seeker, he most likely takes after his sire "

(what I mean by this is that purebred seekers are skinny like starscream and are a lot faster because they were built for it, while ground seekers are like hybrids of grounders and seekers, so they can fly, sometimes have wings and their a lot bulker then normal seekers, like dreadwing and Megatron)

Starscream nodded sadly at the mention of Megatron, but smiled at knowing both his sparklings would be healthy. "... Starscream .." he hummed a response, while still laying on the berth staring at the ceiling "when we do get Megatron back..Do you think you could convince Megatron to end the war?" He turned his helm looking at me then down at his chestplate "Yes..I do think I could convince him to end it .." I sighed happily, perhaps we could all go back to the way things were before but better "Thank you Starscream " " Yes well "he sat up straight" I've grown tired of this war and my revenge is..somewhat done At least this war would finally be-" Wait Revenge !? " He lifted his helm to look me in the optics with no emotion "Yes. My revenge ... I killed Cliffjumper for a reason .."

"And what reason is that might I ask?"

"..."
