It was November and the kids were wrapping Christmas presents for there families, while the bots asked hundreds of questions as to why they were wrapping boxes with colorful paper, everyone except Knockout and Starscream, Soundwave had told them about earthling traditions and some of them seems enjoyable to some extent. 

Starscream's tanks had grown a lot over the past few months, Ratchet had confirmed that Starscream was carrying twins! On femme and one mech, Starscream was overjoyed of the news, but his happy mood vanished when he remembered Megatron. 

He hadn't been the same since the incident with Hardshell, he was a lot more depressed and randomly cried often(mood), but on the bright side Bulkhead recovered quickly from the attack. As for knockout his tank was Huge! Ratchet stated that the sparkling would be dew any day now and everyone (except for Arcee and Ultra Magnus) we're really excited to meet the new sparkling, Knockout wanted the gender to be a surprise but he was relived that there was only one, from what Starscream said they were quiet surprised that there was only one. 

Optimus, Arcee, Bumblebee and Ultra Magnus were fighting with the Decepticons in an energon mine, Megatron was there but there was no sign of Arachnid, she must be hiding somewhere in the warship. 

Ratchet was by the monitors checking to see if everything was alright and getting ready to open the groundbridge if needed. Smokescreen and Wheeljack we're waiting next to him if they needed backup, while Starscream and Knockout were sat on crates next to the human area listing to what's going on "Oww" Starscream turned his head to knockout, seeing his friend glare at his swollen tank, he chuckled "little one giving you a hard time?" Starscream knew it was unwise to tease the cheery-red medic when he's in this stage of carrying, but it was worth seeing the frustrated look on his friends faceplate

 "Little fragger won't stop moving! He keeps kicking me!!" Starscream laughed, a genuine laugh, one that Knockout hadn't heard in a long time.

"hey! Don't laugh! Soon you'll have two! Sparklings kicking at yea every minute of the day!" Starscream shook his head, the smile still warm on his faceplate 

"I know sorry, I just don't normally see you this angry unless someone has scratch you paint" Knockout sighed knowing that having Starscream and his sparkling around was going to be tuff. His thoughts were cut off by a large wave of pain in his abdomen, but it wasn't the sparkling kicking, oh no. "RATCHET!!! I Think The Sparklings Coming!!!" Ratchet and the others jumped in shock, this wasn't a good time for the sparkling to be born, the others were still in a dangerous fight with the Decepticons and someone had to watch the groundbrige! "Ok, calm down! Wheeljack I want you to take him to the medbay and keep him calm, Smokescreen you stay here incase the others need a groundbridge back, Starscream you come too!" Everyone nodded in following Ratchet's orders, Wheeljack carefully picked up knockout and quickly brought him to the medbay, Smokescreen stayed by the monitors watching Ratchet and Starscream follow behind the wreaker. 

A few hours into the contractions knockout was finally able to push, while he held tightly on Starscream's servo, with Wheeljack helping Ratchet deliver the sparkling.

 Another hour or so and Knockout had successfully given berth to a healthy mech. 
Knockout held his new sparkling close to his chestplate sleepily, smiling down at his little bitlet,  Tears of joy wept out from the exhausted new Carrier. Seeing his sparkling for the first time, Knockout couldn't help but notice how he looked so much like his long died Sire.

Starscream and the others were happy for their friend and new teammate, congratulating him, while the kids gossiped about how cute he was, After a while, Ratchet kicked everyone out of the medbay, to allow Knockout some peace, but allowed Starscream to stay with him once they were alone they both watch the little dark blue and orange sparkling snuggle closer to his Carrier's chestplate, whimpering softly. "He looks just like his Sire.." Knockout smiled sadly, Starscream nodded in agreement, the little one did resemble his Sire in many ways, his frame shape, optic color and his main armor color as well. "let's hope his nothing like you then. We don't need another knockout running around and screaming over his buffer" Knockout laughed, he knew his seeker friend was trying to get his mind of the loss of his mate and he appreciated that he cared so much, even if he didn't really show it "yes, I think you'd all go mad having two of me" Knockout winked jokingly, Starscream smiled, rolling his optics with a small smile on his faceplate "well what are you going to name the runt?" Knockout hummed, ignoring the 'insult' knowing Starscream was pulling his 'tuff guy' act "I think I'll call him... (Bambie) Wildbrake" Starscream looked down at his friend, seeing lubricant drippings from his optics with a wide smile across his faceplate, he nodded before getting up and leaving the room giving knockout some peace with little Wildbreak, he hoped that his sparklings won't have to grow up like Wildbreak and that they would know their father. 

And hopefully.... They won't fear him.
