Dream thought about stuff now, he wanted out.

He still didn't know why he was there. He still didn't understand what Nightmare meant, except the part when Nightmare explained their connection, still unaware that it became unimportant after Nightmare ate the apple.

He started to hit his head against the wall from boredom. Only stopping when he heard footsteps.

Maybe this could knock some sense into him? He doubted it though.

One, two, three, four.

He could not run away more.

Five, six, seven, eight.

How could he run from this fate?

Nine, ten, eleven, twelve.

There's no other way to delve.

Thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen.

Through this building in-between.

Seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty.

Where there was always emptiness plenty.

{This was actually really hard cuz I suck at rhymes...

I literally googled what rhymes with sixteen-

Oh and that's counting how many times he hit his head on the wall if u couldn't tell-}

"Dream! What do you think you're doing!?" Killer yelled right after he appeared from behind the wall.

"I'm doing nothing to do with you. It's awfully boring in here, why am I even here in the first place? Nighty just dragged me here with no explanation." Dream answered casually. "I don't even know if I can call him that anymore, he changed with no hope of reverting back, I already tried."

Killer didn't know how to respond, but he didn't need to as Dream continued.

"Nothing worked. I tried to speak to him, many times, he ignored me and pushed me away every attempt I made; I tried everything I could possibly think of..." Dream said, quietening at the end. "I... I just want to talk to him, or someone, anyone. But who would listen?"

Silence consumed the room as both were unsure if to speak.

"I would," Killer admitted hesitantly.

{I know it's short, I just want to post something cuz I've been offline for ages, and why now end with a confession, kinda-}
