Her family (the flower's) was a completely fake family. Her mother hated her, wanting another boy. Her father completely ignored her existence for unknown reasons. Her older brother hated her for her looks (he was very ugly). Her younger sister, Lily, was the only person in the world she cared about.
One day she opened the door of her house and heared screaming. She runs through the house and sees Lily getting beaten up by her mother, Ennea Flower. She runs to the kitchen, grabbs a knife and pierces it through Ennea's heart, Without another thought.

Ember's poV:
It's been a week since Zio, my assistant, confessed to me a I rejected him. I'm just not ready for love yet. He's been acting weird ever since.
Ugh. I need to clear my head. I head out for lunch. After crossing the road I hear Zio calling me.
"Ember! Ember! Wait for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" he yelled while waving his hand furiously.
We both walk to Starbucks laughing and chating happily. We stopped in front of the café.
"Espresso with extra milk and sugar, right?" Zio asked
"Of course." I replied with a grin on my face
As he disappears behind the doors, I use that time to call my sister, Lily. Last time I called her was two months ago. I have a tight scheduled with all the Killing, you know.
"Ring... Ring...Rin-"
"Lily!" I said in a happy tone
"*Gasp* Ember?" She asks
"Yes! How have you been doing? Sorry I didn't call you sooner, I've been busy with stopping some drug smugglers ."
"One sec David-It's so good to talk to you! It has been two months, and guess what! Something great has happened!" She says in a excited voice. I smile holding the phone closer.
"What?"
"I'm getting married!"She gushed
I nearly drop the phone.
"YOUR GETTING WHAT!?!" I whisper-yelled
I could practically hear her blush.
"Well, I met this guy named David" She started, in a dreamy voice
5 minutes later ~
Lily has finally stopped bragging about her dream husband and beach wedding.
"So, see you later." I said as I hang up.
Just then, Zio comes out of the shop and hands me my drink. Zio decides to walk through a dark alley, instead our normal rout. I don't really mind since I am top assassin an nobody is a threat to me. We walk through the alley and suddenly I feel dizzy.
I fall to the ground, but before I black out I could see Zio's face as he looked at me lovingly.
Zio poV:
She falls into my arms. This is it. I can be with who I love. I pick her up in a princess carry, and bring her corpse to my home.
I was very sad an angry when she rejected me. I then went to moan to my brother Thanatos. You see my real name is Oneiros god of Dreams and I was getting board on mount Olympus, so I changed into a mortal and fell in love with Ember. After ranting for about three hours, Natos (nickname for Thanatos) finally proposed an idea. The idea was that he reincarnates us (me and Ember) into the novel she's been reading. That way I can have an other shot at getting with her.
