She fiddles with her phone for a bit, debating if she should do it or not. She knows she shouldn't. She knows that she should trust Taehyung and drop this but there's this itchy thought in the back of her mind that she can't help but fidget about and be restless.
Eunhee knows Jimin but not on a personal level since they've never talked before. She only met him a few days back, when she was in the club with Taehyung. So, to say that she's about to call him just to ask if Taehyung's indeed out with him is a hundred percent awkward. The only reason why she had Jimin's phone number was because his boyfriend's phone died once and Taehyung had asked if he can use her phone to call his best friend.
The brunette frowns for a second, thinking that maybe she's just overthinking things and Taehyung's really just busy with his own life and that maybe she should give this up, but the unsettling emotion surfaces back in her mind and in less than a second he's already clicking on Jimin's number so she can call.
She brings a finger between her lips and starts biting on her nails while waiting for Jimin to pick up. It takes more than ten rings and Eunhee was just about to hang up, already convinced that the guys are most probably having fun and hanging out with each other, when Jimin answers the call.
"Hello, who's this?" She hears Jimin ask, politeness evident in his tone.
Eunhee gulps. "U-uh yes, Jimin-ssi? It's Eunhee."
It was quiet for a moment.
"Yes, Eunhee-ssi? What do you need?" Jimin asks again, curious this time.
"I just wanted to ask... since Taehyung's not answering his phone. Are you guys having a good time?" Eunhee crosses her fingers, hoping for Jimin to say that yes, we're doing fine.
"Huh," he hears Jimin say, "I thought he was with you?"
Eunhee's heart drops.
"What?"
"He's not here with us. I'm having a dinner with a friend," Jimin explains and the brunette tries to comprehend the situation but can't. "He told me he's going out tonight with you?"
"I mean—yes—that was the plan," Eunhee's voice shakes. "I'm really sorry for disturbing. I should hang up now."
"O-okay, I'll try to text him for you."
"No, it's fine. Thank you. I'm really sorry for disturbing. Goodbye, Jimin-ssi."

Taehyung never fails to ask himself this single question most of the time.
Why can't he find the courage to break up with Eunhee?
As much as he tries to ignore it, erase it from his mind or get rid of the thought, it's still there. Still there even when he's laughing out so loud from one of Jeongguk's jokes. Still there even as Jeongguk fucks him deep and slow, making him feel the humiliation and shame. Still there even when he wakes up in the morning and the first thing that greets him is Jeongguk's warm smile.
Because no matter how much he tries to ignore or push it at the back of his mind, nothing could justify that what he and Jeongguk are doing, is right. Even if it feels like heaven, it isn't right. Even if it makes both of them happy, it still isn't right.
So, again, why can't he find the courage to break up with Eunhee and finally get rid of his guilt?
Even if he didn't think it through, Taehyung already knows that there are so many factors and answers as to why he can't be brave and stop making this thing with Jeongguk, that is so pure and just bliss, feel like sin.
