As Clary kept looking at the rune on Jace's neck. He saw something light up in her eyes and one by one he saw her runes come back on her body starting with the healing rune he give her.
"You are the best thing that has ever happened to me, Clary Fairchild." that was the last thing I said to Clary.
Jace looked at Clary's eyes like she was seeing the shadow world for the first time.
"I remember everything. Alec, Simon, Izzy, Magnus, you. Killing Jonathan. My mom's dead... everything. I..." It was to much Clary fall to her knees.
I bent down her tears streaming down her face. Without warning he kissed her, she back away for just a second then her lips came crashing down.
"It's okay, I'll explain everything." He cupped her face. Everything in that moment was all coming crushing down on Clary. He would have to tell her how her mother dead, how her father dead, how he was possessed by lilith, he didn't want to tell her any of that.
"Clary, are you out here?" The voice was coming from the women she was talking to earlier.
"Yeah, Mary I'm out here. I needed some air too many people." She lied.
"Come back inside. Who are you talking to?"
"Uhh... I thought I saw someone from my past...." She was stumbling for words. Something wasn't right. I could feel it in my gut.
"Shadowhunter... Clary Fairchild." Mary said.
"I..." Clary turned around. Mary was demon.
"OMG!" Clary tried to run, it was too late. The demon which was a shapeshifter got her claws into Clary. I should have known my fighting skills want to work grabbing my blade I killed the demon. I know something wasn't right.
"Shh." I want over to when she was laying on the floor the gush on her chest was bad. I could feel my angel powers coming back for the first time in over a year seeing the one person who I love in pain. I place my hand on Clary's chest. My eyes and hands feeling the power to heal her.
It wasn't working. I grabbed my stele. Clary was passed out due to the pain.
I grabbed her.
"I got you, babe."
With that I glamoured myself and started my walk back to the Institute. How would I explain to Izzy that Clary is back in my life? How would I explain to Simon that I lied to him? How would I explain everything? More importantly how would I explain the Shadow World to Clary against?
