Darkness swallows you whole,

Pushing you to the edge,

You feel as though you have no soul,

You think as you teater on the ledge.

You loose your meaning,

Starting to wonder if life is worth it,

You can no longer see, its all demeaning,

And while you think on that ledge you sit.

You ask yourself,

"Am I worth this?",

You feel like a toy onn a shelf,

just for life to play with.

The darkness seems to follow,

Every thought plunging you deeper,

The darkness starts to swallow,

As your heart looses it's keeper.

You feel free in the air,

Almost like flying,

You no longer care,

'Cause there's no pain when dying.
