I look people straight in the eye
I have nothing of which to deny
We've all known sorrow and all seen pain
Thus within my eyes there is no shame
I'm human with faults and good things too
Walking life's travels just like you
So throw away your shame and your pride
Lift your eyes, let's look inside
Perhaps we could help one another
If only we'd look at eachother
