Tehlmar stares at the druidess before him, his lips curling back into a snarl and revealing gleaming fangs. "I will sacrifice everything and anything to defeat the Legion, girl. I will turn myself into a demon just to see their end."

Her piercing silver eyes were locked on him, unwavering, before she broke out into a gentle smile that practically radiated. "At that point, nothing would separate you from the Legion, other than your loyalties, but even those would become warped if you truly become a demon."

His blood boiled as she continued to speak, her soft voice ringing with truth, along with his deepest fears. He didn't want to admit that she was right. "Enough, girl. You spoke enough with your warped sense of justice-"

"I don't murder others or ally with demons to push my objectives," her voice cuts in to rebuke him harshly. "Your sense of justice is warped. You'd see Azeroth burn, so long as it meant defeating the legion. You'd sacrifice thousands upon thousands of lives, innocent or not, to see their destruction. You are no different from the demons who try to control you."

Tehlmar had enough of this woman vexing him. Fuming, his fingers curled around the fabric of her chest armor that had the design of an owl's head on it, pulling her to him. Fel-green flames danced wildly around him, and yet Moonfall didn't fear him. She didn't waver. It was as if she was taunting him with her calm demeanor.

She...reminds me of Luna...

Laughing, he releases his grip, the flames dying down around him. "I like you, Moonfall. You're feisty and gallant. Perhaps you will prove yourself to be an exceptional ally!" She dusts off her robes, looking annoyed, before lifting her face to stare at him again.

"Then let's not waste any more time, Lord Fel'lendar. We have demons to slay." He smiled slightly at that. At first, he thought of her as useless and soft, but she was beginning to prove him wrong. If he wasn't already sworn to someone else, he might've thought they had a chance together. But he would never betray his Lunarsong, his Lunar Light. He'd sooner join the Burning Legion...

"If you two are quite done..." Lilyura picks up her warglaives, stretching her neck to crack either side. "I believe we have work to do."

Moonfall smirks before picking up her weapon, setting out along the shattered pathway. The elf moved with an unparalleled grace that he naturally gratified to, carefully picking her way along the demon-infested land. Her face was one of stone, full lips pursed. He couldn't tell what emotions were flickering across her mind.

She abruptly stops, Tehlmar snarling as he nearly crashes into her. "What the hell, girl!" She slaps a hand over his mouth before her head turns to face him, putting a finger to her lips, bidding him to be silent. His eyes glow with seething, murderous rage as she pulls away her hand.

"Be quiet, you accursed fool! Can you not hear that?" She hisses softly. He sighs and tilts his head for a moment, his eyes widening as he finally hears the sound.

Tormented screams...

Her silver eyes bore into his fel green, sympathy lying within the orbs that glowed like soothing moonlight. "I presume they're your missing Illidari demon hunters, Lord Fel'lendar." She puts a gentle hand on his shoulder as her words sink into him. "If we find them quickly, I'm sure we can save them from the demons. I can also scout the area if you'd like me to."

Tehlmar nods wordlessly, his throat as dry as sand. Moonfall squeezes his shoulder gently before stepping away from him, shifting into the form of a cat. She rubbed her face on his leg, an effort to comfort him, before she faded into the shadows and stalked away. The demon hunter sat down beneath one of the dead trees in the area, his head in his hands. "I...failed them..."
