Part 36 (Heartbreaking farewell)

Aishwarya is looks weakly and pale.the IV is still injected in her left hand with the ventilator connected in her nose as her sufficient oxygen.
the fever is still rising up and feel nausea.
Jiemin is sitting beside her bedside waiting for Hoseok.

"Sweetie....do you want videocall with Joonie appa..??"Jiemin asking Aishwarya and dialling Namjoon number for video call.
Aishwarya just nods while Jiemin tried to calling Namjoon.
Not long...Namjoon accepting the video call.

"Hai..appa cutie pie....feel better now..??"
Namjoon felt so bad while look at her daughther condition now.
He just leaving Patna for around 24 hours and finding his precious is relapse now..!

"Keep fighthing sweetie...appa will back to you soon...!"

Aishwarya just nods weakly and tried to make eye contact with Namjoon.She can't talk because the tube of ventilator connected from her nose to throat.its make her can't talk and eat as usual.

The tears is beaming behind Namjoon eyes.this is too heartbreaking him.

"Appa love you swettie....don't give up and wait for appa back to you..okay..?"
Aishwarya just blinks her eyes.

Namjoon know well Aishwarya condition after Hoseok give him all the observation report.
It's too complicated already...just miracle can bring her back.

Aishwarya condition is begin down during her chemotheraphy session and so many treatment she must pass as leukimia survivor .
But unexpectedly she was infected by bacteria from environment like soil ,water and this bacteria can found in hospital too.
The bacteria infected her leg skin and causes the acute cellulitis.

Accute cellulitis can cured just by antibiotics.because Aishwarya is leukimia survivor her body is still unsteady to restoring immunity for herself from the umblitical cord stemcell transplants which just she accepted the transplants about six month ago.

Acute cellulitis is common and painful bacterial skin infection it causes redness,swelling and pain in the infected skin area.if unthreated it can spread and causes the serious problems like complication of severe cellulitis spread of the infection from afftected area into the bloodstream,lymph nodes and other body tissue underneath.

And the bloodstream infected causes the kind of desease named 'sepsis' or 'septic shock'.(blood poisoning)

The septic shock is the body extreme respone to an infection,its a life threatening medical emergency.
The septic shock potentialy of causes complication like small blood clots can form throughtout your body.
These clots block the flow of blood and oxygen to vital organs and other part of body.this increase the risk of organs failure and tissue death(gengnere).

And the person who is weaker immune system like Aishwarya is the risked person of infection.and from the body symtomps of her,
Aishwarya is experiencing in septic shock now.

Namjoon,Hoseok and dr Rahul is so headache and desperately to handling Aishwarya.so many treatment thats Aishwarya needed now to fight the acute cellulitis,septic shock and all is connected back to her leukimia..!
Namjoon was scared Aishwarya body cant accepted so much treatment into her body because her body immunity is not restoring well.all come in one into Aishwarya body..!!

All is she needed is intravenous of antibiotics to fight acute cellulitis infection and vasoppressor medications which are drugs thats constrict a blood vessels and help increase blood pressure (to avoiding hypotension).
Insulin for the blood sugar stability and corticosteroid.
