Namjoon and Jiemin back to Patna as they have planned before to adopt baby over there.

Hoseok still stayed in Patna after so many considering,and thier hospital still shortage of medical personnel.
And like now,Namjoon must helped Hoseok in hospital.

Namjoon standby in ER again this night.its two night already after he is arrived in Patna.
Namjoon back to his room after checking all the status of patient.
He laid down his body in the bed and closed his eyes.
Not less than fifteen minutes Namjoon closed his eyes,he is hearing his room door is knocked by someone.

"Docter Kim...emergency patient will arrived in five minutes..!"

"Okay...get prepred...!!"

Namjoon get prepared with hang up his stethoscope his neck and run to ER.

The ambulance sirens heared clearly in front of ER.
The Triage team looks helped paramedics to moved patient body into ER.
The patient is pregnancy women.

" She is massive vaginal bleeding,pre shock..cito....!!"the paramedic report to the Triage.
"Check the blood pressurre first....!"

"Its 90/70..!with weak pulse irregular 100,temprature 39...!!"

The pregnant women is crying while holding his tummy.

"Please....itss...hurtt...quickk..takee....
out the baby...!!"that women whines pain and weakly.

Namjoon stunned for a minute ,this women keep remembering him of Mahduri...!!
When around six years ago,Mahduri comes with massive bleeding when give birth of Aishwarya !

"dr Kim....!!!"the nurse named Joya bring out Namjoon from his memories of Madhuri.

After examine for a while,Namjoon find out the sign of 'rupture uterine'..its very emergency condition if the patient experiencing in hypovolemic and the baby will die along the baby mother if the baby was late birth ..the baby will die because losing of oxygen in the mother uteri.

"Rupture uterine positive..!!I don't find her tonus of her uteri ..thats causes the bleeding,her uterine is lost contraction..!!give her blood transfusion now..!!"Namjoon rushes his words.

"And there is proutruding part under the vaginal..its baby head in the position of maternity of birth..it seems the babies is twins..!!give her oxygen supplementation 40% with 4-6liters/min.

Namjoon take off his hands glove .

"Call the obgyn devision to ready for sectio ceasarea..!!"

But all nurses is looks stunned.

"Sorry dr Kim...there is no one obstetrians standby tonight..!!"nurse Joya tried to answered Namjoon

"Whatsss..?????how comes the human resources devison get pass about standby medical personnel...oh my God..!!"Namjoon looks frustared

"Where is the patient husband..?he need to sign the informed consern before I was explained him about his wife condition...!"

The nurse and paramedics is stunned again.
After a minute one paramedics talk to Namjoon.

"dr Kim..the patient comes without her husband..just bring her little daughther.."
