Chapter 28 - Memories

Third Person's POV

After the doctors had finally controlled Camila's heartbeat, all they could tell the girls was that they should wait and hope for the best.

"As if we weren't already" Lauren thought while groaning

All of them were waiting for any kind of news in the hospital, they were basically the only ones there.

"Guys this is boring as hell, I bet Mila wouldn't like it" Bea spoke

"What do you mean?" Carly asked lifting smoothly from her seat

"I'm not usually one who believes in this kind of whipped things, but I think talking about our best memories with Camila wouldn't hurt, right?" The blonde said while playing a little with her black and white choker

"Yeah, sure, let's do that" Dinah agreed not really paying attention to her surroundings until now

"I remember when she started becoming popular, I didn't even know her" Cece couldn't help but giggle a little

As Cece came into the girls restroom, she could see a 14 year old Camila struggling with something right in her chest.

"Ugh, c'mon" the brown haired said fixing her shirt without noticing she had company yet

"Do you... Do you need help?" a really different and younger Cece asked

Camila's facial expression changed in one second "I didn't realize you were here, sorry" she said as some paper pieces fell from her shirt

Cece laughed a little at that "Girl I'm sorry but you have no boobs" the older girl said picking the paper up

Camila's cheeks turned bright red from that comment.

After two minutes of silence, the embarrassed girl started laughing a little "that was really
weird. I'm sorry"

"I'm Cece" she said smiling

"Don't tell her I ever told you this" Cece said laughing as hard as all the other girls

"Remember when we met Camila, Dinah?" Normani said while a smirk appeared in her face

"I do, she was incredibly nice to us, even though she was already popular" Dinah couldn't help but smile at the thought of her friend

"Don't you dare to call me ever again after this!" Some random guy yelled in Normani's and Dinah's faces

Nobody said a thing, they were in the middle of nowhere, yet if you listened closely you could hear Dinah's quiet sobs or Normani's failed attempts not to cry.

After saying all those things, the guy just got in his old trunk and left.

They couldn't help but cry harder, they had just been left abandoned in the middle of the road, without a phone or anything that could help them ask for help.

Little did they know, the one and only, Camila Cabello, had been following them since she saw the guy, who was actually Dinah's boyfriend, forcefully take them from a café

"Are you guys okay?" They heard a sweet female voice speak as the window of a really cool black car went down

"I know you" Normani said with a surprised expression and her grip still on Dinah's arm

"I'm glad to hear so, come in" the smiley girl with the bow said

"What are you doing?" A confused Normani asked the younger girl
