" A white , handsome and an incredibly hot man driving a 1962 black corvette in middle of the night , the music was on , the volume was high , he was smoking cigarettes , suddenly a cop saw him and followed him , The man heard the siren and looked at the cop through the mirror , he immediately parked the car on the side of the road , the cop parked behind him and got out of his car , he walked towards the man "
Cop : hey , cut the music
" the man chuckled "
Man : oh sorry
" he decreased the volume "
Cop : you know why I pulled you over?
Man : well , obviously , you felt the need to exercise your limited powers and punish me for ignoring the speed limit
" the cop looked at him strangely "
Man : it's okay I understand , I like to punish people , too , or at least I used to
Cop : license and registration
" the man sighed "
Man : coming right up
" the man took out some money out of his wallet "
Cop : are you trying to bribe me , sir?
Man : yes , of course
" he gave him the money "
Man : is that enough?
" the cop kept quiet , the man took out more money out of his wallet and gave it to him "
Man : take more , it's only money
Cop : it's against the law , sir
" the man chuckled "
Man : you people are funny about your laws , aren't you?
" the man looked straight I to the cop's eyes "
Man : you break the law sometimes , don't you?
Cop : sometimes ... I put my siren on and drive really fast for no reason at all , just cause I can
" the cop said forcefully , then he realized what he just said "
Man : right? I mean why wouldn't you? It's fun , it feels good to get away with something doesn't it?
Cop : yeah
Man : uh , it's okay officer , people like to tell me things , those deep , dark , naughty little desires that are on their minds , it's a gift

" the man increased the volume and drove away , he went to a nightclub called " Lux " , he parked the car outside and threw the keys to the guard , he went inside and walked towards the bar , he sat on the stool and sighed , suddenly a gorgeous woman spoke "
Girl : hey , boss
" he looked at her and grabbed a glass of bourbon "
Girl : where have you been?
Man : oh , holed up in a château , copulating with a young woman named faith ,it's ironic , isn't it?
Girl : thank you Patrick , you can go
" a guy got up and looked at the girl seductively and left , the man chuckled "
Man : you little devil
Girl : what? I dropped something
Man : oh , I'm sure you did
" he sipped bourbon "
Girl : now Lucifer , I'm a big fan of sex

Girl : but I didn't leave hell to be a bartender , shouldn't you be spending your valuable time doing something more significant?

Lucifer : I'm retired , maze , I've got nothing but time
" he placed the glass on the bar "

" maze started pouring down a drink and suddenly the time slowed down , everyone was moving in slow motion , maze and Lucifer looked at each other "
Maze : I think you have a visitor
" Lucifer sighed and turned around , he grabbed 2 glasses of bourbon and sat down on the sofa , the man walked towards him silently "
Lucifer : amenadiel , how's it hanging big guy? Huh?
Amenadiel : your return to the underworld has been requested
Lucifer : oh right , okay , let me just , uh , check my calendar
" he started searching for something in his pocket "
Lucifer : yeah here it is
" he took out his phone and looked at it "
Lucifer : uh , the seventh of never through to the 15th of ain't gonna happen , how does that work for you guys?
" he sighed "
Lucifer " look , remind dad that I quit hell because I was sick and tired of playing a part in his play
Amenadiel : I'm gonna warn you against disrespecting our father , Lucifer
Lucifer : yeah well , our father's been disrespecting me since the beginning of time , so pot - kettle , don't you think?
Amenadiel : you are a mockery of everything Divine
Lucifer : thank you
" he smiled calmly and seductively "
Lucifer : Thank you, but lately I've been doing a fair amount of thinking. Now, do you think I'm the Devil because I'm inherently evil, just because dear old Dad decided I was?
Amenadiel : what exactly do you think happens when the devil leaves hell?
" Lucifer scoffed "
Amenadiel : all of those demons , all of those tormented tortured souls , where do you think they go?
Lucifer : don't know , don't care
" he grabbed his glass and sipped bourbon "
Lucifer : not my problem , brother , so consider the position officially open , and you my feathered friend , can go to hell
" Suddenly Amenadiel spread his wings and tried to choke Lucifer , he chuckled "
Lucifer : yes try it
Lucifer : you think father's upset now?
Amenadiel : You know that he will not be merciful for much longer
" Amenadiel left , the music and everything resumed at normal tempo , Lucifer grabbed his phone and went outside , he was checking his messages , suddenly a crowd of people started yelling the name " Delilah " , the car stopped in front of Lucifer "
Delilah : hey , you .
" Lucifer look at her "
Delilah : remember me?
Lucifer : you're famous aren't you?
" he walked towards her 0
Lucifer : Delilah , isn't it? Can I have your autograph?
" she chuckled "
Delilah : if I can have a drink
" Lucifer took her inside and offered her a drink "
Lucifer : so are you gonna tell me why you really came back ?
Delilah : there's something I need to k ow

" Lucifer chuckled "
Lucifer : well , that would imply the devil's actually interested in your soul

" she died , Lucifer walked towards the guy who shot Delilah and grabbed his shirt "
Lucifer : what did you do?
Guy : I'm sorry
" he said angrily , he looked I to the guy's eyes "
Lucifer : why did you end her life?
Guy : why else? Money
Lucifer : money? Oh , it's times like this I wish I was still in hell , all the fun activities I'd have planned for you
Guy : hey man , I just pulled the trigger
" he gasped weakly and died , Lucifer sighed and walked towards his nightclub , he went inside and started playing the piano , The LAPD showed up later , the forensic scientist started clicking pictures of the victim and the crime scene , the detectives were talking "
Detective 1 : want to hear what I've got so far?
Detective 2 : lieutenant said this is my case
Detective 1 : yeah , chloe it is your case but try not take too much time , it's an easy one , that's our bad guy , Eddie Deacon , he's a low-level drug dealer , I found those in pocket , and I found those In Delilah's purse

Detective 1 : so obviously drug-related , she probably owed him a bunch of cash of something , she's not exactly selling out stadiums these days

" Chloe went inside the nightclub , Maze was cleaning the bar , Lucifer was playing the piano , Chloe walked towards him , he looked at her and smiled  "

" he said in his gorgeous British accent "
Chloe : whats your name?
Lucifer : Lucifer Morningstar
Chloe : Lucifer Morningstar? Is that , uh , a stage name or something?
Lucifer : god-given I'm afraid
" he chuckled "
Lucifer : you know you look familiar , have we met before?
Chloe : yeah , two minutes ago and I'm asking the questions

Lucifer : well , she used to work here a few years back I would occasionally accompany her while she sang , then she became a big star and someone decided to end her life
Chloe : did you know the shooter?
Lucifer : no , but we did have an interesting little chat just before he kicked off
" Chloe raised her eyebrows "
Lucifer : I asked him why he did it
Chloe : huh , like to play cop , do you
" Lucifer laughed , maze walked towards them and sat next to Lucifer on the bench and gave him a glass of bourbon , she crossed her legs and sipped whiskey from her glass , Chloe looked at maze and sighed "
Lucifer : no , I just like to play in general , detective , what about you?
Chloe : so , you had a conversation with a dead guy?
Lucifer : oh , no , he wasn't quite dead , his soul hadn't crossed the threshold 
" maze sipped whiskey and smiled "
Chloe : I see , did he tell you why he did it?
Lucifer : why , money , of course  , you humans , you love your money , don't you?
Chloe : yes , yes we do and what planet are you from? London?
" maze and Lucifer laughed , she whispered in lucifer's ear "
Maze : she's funny
" Lucifer smiled seductively "
Lucifer : yes , he also said " I just pulled the trigger " , now don't you think that's interesting?
Chloe : Delilah was shot to death by a drug dealer , and looks like Delilah herself kept the guy pretty busy , you know it's sad , it's ugly ,but its not rocket science , something probably went south between them , she gets riddled with bullets and a nice little act of God takes him out
Lucifer : you know , it's doesn't work like that detective , it's quite a neatly wrapped little present for the LAPD don't you think?
Chloe : why don't you tell me something? how does she end up dying in a hailstorm of bullets and you get away without a scratch? I think that's interesting , don't you?

Lucifer : can someone please turn down this god-awful music!
" maze broke the music system "

" she looked at 2vile "

" she looked at Chloe angrily and rolled her eyes , they sat in the car and left "
