- CHLOE'S HOUSE , 10:30 PM -
"  Chloe and Maze were sitting together planning Trixie's birthday "
Chloe : I'm so out of ideas , I don't think she's gonna like all of these
" Chloe sighed "
Maze : don't give up decker , it's your daughter that we're talking about , I'm sure there is something she likes!
Chloe : I know but my brain is not even working anymore , so I can't think of anything
Maze : what about Unicorns? Or Rainbows? That's what kids like right?
Chloe : yes but not my kid
Maze : damn she's a tough one
Chloe : yeah
" maze placed her head on Chloe's lap and sighed "
Maze : mermaids?
Chloe : I'll add that to the list
" 15 minutes later , Chloe was tired , the living room was a mess , papers and pens everywhere , Chloe's Laptop was on the sofa , Chloe yawned , Maze looked at her "
Maze : hey , why don't you go to sleep? I'll clean up and leave
Chloe : no it's okay I'll clean up , and you can stay here if you want , it's getting late
" Maze smiled "
Maze : it's never late , by the way the night's just getting started , but thanks decker
" Chloe smiled and yawned again "
Maze : you have no strength to clean up right now so just go to bed
" maze stood up "
Chloe : no I can clea....
Maze : don't make me call the devil
" Chloe giggled "
Chloe : is that supposed to scare me?
" Chloe noticed that Maze was talking about Lucifer "
Chloe : I uh.. I think I'll go to bed
Maze : that's what I thought
" Chloe got up "
Chloe : thanks for the help Maze
" Maze smiled "
Maze : good night decker
Chloe : good night
" Chloe went upstairs , Maze started cleaning up , suddenly she heard footsteps , she turned around and saw Trixie rubbing her eyes and yawning "
Trixie : mommy?
Maze : your mom is sleeping
" trixie looked at her "
Trixie : who are you?
Maze : Im Mazikeen
" trixie giggled "
Maze : what's so funny little human?
Trixie : your name is funny
Maze : well you can call me maze
Trixie : I'm Beatrice , but you can call me Trixie
" Trixie sat on the sofa and tapped on it , Maze sat next to her "
Maze : don't you have school tomorrow?
Trixie : I do
Maze : then why are you awake? Your mom will kill me if she finds out that I'm sitting here talking to you in the middle of the night
Trixie : I had a nightmare
Maze : really?
Trixie : yeah , mommy and I were having ice cream , and then she ran away , she was scared and screaming , and then she fell off  the cliff 
" a teardrop rolled down her cheek , Maze placed her hand on Trixie's shoulder "
Maze : it's okay little human , it's just a nightmare , your mom is fine
Trixie : but she has a really dangerous job , she shoots people all the time , she almost died last week , even daddy does the same
Maze : don't worry about your mother , she's really brave , and strong ,
" Trixie smiled "
Maze : she's really protected , not that she needs protection , but we all are here for her , specially Lucifer
Trixie : how do you know Lucifer?
Maze : he's my friend
Trixie : really?
Maze : yeah
Trixie : I like him , he's really funny , I think mommy likes him too but she hates to admit it
Maze : yeah tell me about it , she's really stubborn
Trixie : he makes her happy , she talks about him all the time , she told me that Lucifer is hiding something from her and it's really bothering her
Maze : really?
Trixe : yeah , you're his friend and you know him right?
" Maze nodded "
Trixie : tell me his secret I promise not to tell mommy
" she crossed her legs and smiled "
Trixie : is he a magician?
Maze : well if I tell you his secret , it won't be a secret anymore
" Trixie frowned "
Maze : but I'm pretty sure he'll tell you one day , if he's a magician , he'll show you a magic trick too
" Trixie exclaimed "
Trixie : cool
" Maze smiled "
Maze : come on , off to bed little human
" Trixie got up and walked towards her room , she looked at Maze "
Trixie : it was nice meeting you Maze
" Maze smiled , Trixie went inside her room and jumped on the bed , Maze grabbed her phone and left "
