*KAYLEE’S P.O.V*
As I sat in the hotel room waiting for Quinn…I was sitting on our couch, scrolling though twitter on my phone, then all of the sudden I get a call… and my phone began to play… I’M WIDE AWAKE… I’M WIDE AWAKE… I’M WIDE AWAKE… YEAH I WAS IN THE DARK…
“Hi”
“Hey Babe, it’s Joshy”
“Josh I know… you crazy boy, why did you call??”
“Well… I wanted to talk to my girlfriend, and I wanted to tell her that I am on my way to the third level, so I could see my good luck charm before I go up on stage…”
“No!! Josh!! Don’t!!”
“Why Not”
Because I won backstage passes from a radio station to meet all of the X-Factor constants”
“Oh… please can I see you before I leave??”
“No Baby No, when I see you I want it to be a surprise!!”
“Well I don’t!!!!”
“And why is that?!?!?! why can’t you wait until after, Josh it would be a lot more fun that way I can see you and you can see me?”
“That’s simple, it’s because I want to see you not just backstage but NOW!!!”
“Well you obviously aren’t in the mood to listen to me… which is making me really angry!!!”
“Kaylee, seriously we are fighting over this REALLY?!?!?!”
“Yes sir, but I’ll get over it give me a minute….”
“Ok, so what’s your answer?? Can I come visit my sexy lady… ”
“hahah!! Josh, this is why I love you, haha but really I have a special surprise for you, but you will have to wait to see me until after the acts perform…..”
“Kaylee, I love you too….” And then there was a long pause… a pause… and then Josh continued…
“Can I please come see you??? I just want to kiss your lips before I have to leave and perform….” I sat there for a couple of minutes thinking of ways he could come see me but not see my outfit or my hair… hmmm….
“Yeah, come to room number 314…. And knock on the door and say monkey, that way I know its you….”
“Ok… Kaylee I will be there in two minutes… I gotta go… bye baby.”
“Bye Josh.” As I hung up the phone I sprinted to the bathroom and grabbed a hair tie, and a robe. I quickly put my hair up in a ponytail hoping that my beautiful curls wouldn’t become destroyed. Once everything was done there was a knock at the door…
“Kaylee!! Who’s at the door??? This is ridiculous I am trying to get ready…”
“Quinn, I got it… I will answer the door…” the knocking continued…
“Monkey” hahah it’s Josh…. I slowly opened the door…. As I opened it Josh was standing there with a single rose…
“Hey Kaylee” and there was that damn smile and with that smile came a hug…
“Hey Josh, do you want to come inside??”
“I would but I can’t, I only have a couple of minutes then I have to go…” Right after Josh said that he handed me the rose…
“Thank---” then Josh leaned in for a kiss, and then our lips met.
