I wish I could go back

Chapter 3

Toko's POV

I sighed.
"I jumped out of my window to escape my mom." I said bluntly without stuttering, which was rare for me.

"You what?!" Komaru yelled.
"L-look I'm sorry I had no other choice. She was drunk." I said looking down at my hands. Komaru put her hand on my shoulder. "It's ok but, you really need to get out of there as soon as possible."

I sighed.

"I k-know but I c-can't...and why would you care anyways!"
"Because you're my friend." Komaru said putting her hands on her hips. "You really need to drill that into your brain."

"Fine I'm sorry." I said, giggling.

Komaru smiled.

"We should get out homework done." She spoke up, getting up from her bed. She grabbed our bags and threw them at me.

"H-hey that hurt you know!" I said folding my arms. She laughed.

We took our homework out and spent an hour on it, before we got bored.

"So...what do you want to do?" Komaru asked, putting her books away.
I shrugged.
"We can play a game if you want!" Komaru said, smiling happily as she walked off into her closet, presumably to get her games.

I watched as she walked out with a stack of video games and bored games.

"Wow you must get b-bored a lot if you have this amount of games." I said as I watched her place all of them down on her desk.
"Yup! Now which one do you want to play?"

We ended up playing Mario Kart for the rest of the day.

Komaru shut off her TV. "It's getting late. Maybe we should head to bed?"
I nodded.
"Where will I sleep though..." I asked.
Komaru froze. "Oh right I hadn't thought about that yet."

Her face then suddenly lit up.

"I got it! You can sleep with me!"

I felt my face turn a bright red.

"That's absurd I cant do that!"
Komaru frowned. "We're both girls it's ok!" She said smiling again.
I sighed. "Fine..."

Komaru giggled.

"Let's get ready then!"
