Chapter 4: Pasts

•~Third Person View~•

The two girls were still sound asleep. They were both having dreams that wasn't the best. Yena dreamt of her brother, while Chaewon dreamt of her family. Both were flashbacks before the bad things happens. But before the dream turns to a nightmare, 10 girls woke them up.

"Hey, get up. It's already 1 pm."  A gentle voice called. They opened their eyes and the first thing they saw was each other. They looked around and saw their friends smirking and smiling mischiviously. They were a bit embarrassed so they quickly pulled away and lowered their heads so that no one would see that their both blushing.

But of course, it Ahn Yujin's eagle eyes noticed and began to tease the two. Both girls blushed even harder which made the others laugh. Chaewon tried to change the topic so she went from embarrased to mad. "Unnie! Where's my mint choco?" They knew well enough that Chaewon was a monster when it comes to ice cream.

They all looked around to see who would answer but a panting girl burst through the door holding an ice cream. Everyone was shocked to say the least. They all looked and saw Minju catching her breath. They all looked questionably at her and she just said, "I saw this coming." She shrugged and headed to the mini kitchen and grabbed two spoons. She gave one to Chaewon and one for her.

Chaewon looked at Minju and asked, "You like Mint Choco?" Minju looked at her and answered, "A bit. I prefer other flavors but I also like this one." Chaewon nodded and ate the ice cream. Yujin, seeing this made her feel a little jealous but she knew Minju didn't have a chance with Chaewon because she can see that Chaewon really likes Yena.

Yena also had a little jealousy in her eyes, which the other saw. "Ehem..." Eunbi faked a cough to break the awkward silence. The others looked at her and she smirked. "So, Yena. Why are you in Chaewon's bed?" Eunbi asked, making the other girl blush. She looked away and answered, "I-I had a few dreams... no, more like nightmare."

Eunbi's eyes softened hearing this. She looked at Chaewon and mouthed, "Take care of her." Then she left with the other 10 girls leaveing them both alone again. "So..." Chaewon decided to break the silence.

"Chaewon-ah, you know, last night was something I want to repeat for the rest of my life. It was the most fun I've ever had. Especially after..." Yena trailed off and Chaewon seemed to notice. "Yeah. I know where you're coming from. I may still have a family but, none treated me like I was a part of it." Yena looked at Chaewon with soft eyes.

"Why? What happened... I-If you don't want to talk about it i-it's totally fine..." Yena said panickingly. Chaewon just chuckled on how the older acted and nodded her head. Chaewon took a deep breath and told Yena the story... "Well, it all started about... 11 years ago. I was 10 years old..."

Flashback

•~Chaewon's POV~•

10 years ago...

I was walking alongside a little pathway of our house, it was a surrounded by bushed and flowers and trees and cute little butterfies flew around. This place is our garden. It also has a little pond and some water lilies in it.

I sat near the bench a few feet away from the pond. I was locked away inside my room because my parents had a meeting with some buissness partners. It was horrible in my room. It was so boring. My nanny would always try to play with me but I didn't like her.
