In Just 10 days...

Day Three

I was woken up by the smell of bacon and eggs.

"Mum. Make mine extra crispy please. " I mumbled.

"Who you calling mum? Giving me orders... imagine. " Leon said.

I peeked out to see him at the stove.

"Its been forever since I had eggs for breakfast."I said smiling wide with excitement.

"Nice try. You getting soup. Last time I gave you something else, it made you sick." Leon looked at me as if I was a little girl asking for ice cream when its snowing.

"That's different..." I started saying but Leon cut me off. Again. I might add.

"No. I won't be reckless. I want you to live a long and prosperous life."
Leon said turning while mumbling something else when doing so.

I dont know what happened to me at that moment but in a blink of an eye. I had my arms around Leon's waist and my head in his back.

"No matter what happens. Dont ever loose sight of who you are. You are so pure and precious. Be happy always."

Leon was stunned stiff. I dont think he was even breathing at this point. I released him and stepped back, giving a shaky laugh.

"I'll go freshen up." I pretty much ran out of there.

Standing in the bathroom, I saw my cheeks and ears were bright red. Seeing it made my cheeks even redder. "What was I thinking? How can I hold him like that?"

I ran a hand through my hair. "Ok. It's no big deal." I took deep breaths.

Just then I felt something strange. Looking at my hand it was full of hair.

I panicked.

My hair is filling out.

I bit my lip to keep from crying.

Leon knocked on the door. "Hey you ok in there?"

I hummed back a 'yes', not trusting my voice right now.

After freshing up, I walked out with my hair in a braid and a cap on.

"I put some bacon strips in so you dont have to feel left out." Leon smiled putting the bowl infount if me.

I smiled.

"Let's go to the park." I said changing the topic. "Like a family outing. You can bring your friends too.

"No. After what happened yesterday you staying." Leon looked at me with a stern look.

"What a spoil sport. I won't do anything crazy today. "
I put my hands in my cheeks.
"See total angel."

Leon sighed and got up to call everyone.

Not long after all three were at the door.

"Hi,Im Roland, the leader of the gang." said the mature looking one.

"Jacob." The charmer at the stove flashed a smile.

"Sam. Good morning." The sunny one smiled handing me a flower.

Jacob went straight to the kitchen and started cooking, he seem to know everyone's preferences as if doing it for years.

And the others started packing for picnic.

3 hours later. We were setting up our picnic area. Jacob, Roland and Sam were setting up everything

I sat on a chair under a tree in the shade.

Looking up, I stared at the sky through the leaves.
"What are you thinking about?"

Leon face close to mine as he stood behind me looking down.
