In this story, it's about the turtles having a human little brother that they found when they were kids and Splinter becoming more protective over the human son then the others since they had shells to protect them.

After what happened with Milo the family has kept a close eye on him and they have noticed that when he gets mad, his ninja skills beats the turtles, but he never hurts master Splinter. He seems to snap out of it when he fights him.
But right now Splinter was meditating and the turtles were above watching the city and Milo was in the training room trying to master what he can do when he's angry, but no luck.
He then gives up and goes to Donny's computer and he finishes his project and when it was finally done he was ready to show them all what he was working on.
When everybody was here Milo talked.
"Ok, so you know how I always worked in the book" they nod "well, I've been doing something and using Donny's computer and it took me a while, but I have finally finished and you are about to see what I have done" Milo says and then puts the disk into the dvd and pushes play and they watch it. And the titled was called the Rise of the Teenage mutant ninja turtles.
