Styx took Atlas an elevator that sent them down to some kind of lab. She sat him down on a wooden chair and strapped his arms and legs down. Styx walked over to some table and searched for some things. Atlas looked around. The walls were old and faded blue and yellow. There were old white cabinets and several operating tables. And a wall that was made of glass blocks and on the other side was the ocean. The lab seemed to be underwater. "Now I shall begin with the tests," Styx said. She got large nails and begin to stick them into Atlas's skin. "It is said that those who have the decagram cannot feel pain, nor die, we shall see if this theory is true," Styx said. She stuck nails deep into the top of his head. Atlas closed his eyes tight. "Hm, how much pain will it take to make you break," Styx said laughing. She then grabbed a hammer. "Let us see for ourselves," she said.
Up at the floating island, Tobi was sitting in his room sitting on the floor. He held a picture of himself and his sister who had been killed by Alpha Advancements a few years ago. Tobi leaned his head against the wall. "If only you were here, I would not be in this pain, I would not feel so sad, guilty, and alone....damn it, damn Alpha Advancements and their cruel ways," Tobi thought to himself as he cried silently. Then there was a knock at the door. Tobi got up and wiped his tears. "Come in," he said. Ichika walked in. "Oh god, what do you want?" Tobi said rolling his eyes. "Jason told me to come and talk to you about something, so I wanted to come and investigate myself," Ichika said. "And what is that?" Tobi asked. "He says he can feel something off about you, like a shift inside you as he described," Ichika said. "Well I don't know what he is thinking, I have never been better," Tobi said lighting a cigarette. "Have you felt that power? ever since pretty boy got here the waves of his power are so....powerful," Ichika said. "Let me guess you got the hots for the Atlas..." Tobi said. "Maybe or maybe not, but regardless he does have powerful energy, I mean it's so powerful!! AAAAAH I CANT STAND IT" Ichika screamed. Wun walked into the room and stared at her. "Uh...am I interrupting something?" Wun asked. "No, what's up?" Tobi asked. "Jason wants to talk to you about some missions he wants you guys to go on," Wun replied. "Then let's go see what it is," Tobi said.
They walked down the halls headed towards the elevators. "Don't you guys feel bad about what they are doing to that poor kid Atlas down at the Dolphin Facility," Wun said. "No no I don't," Ichika said. "I kind of do, to be honest, it reminds me of things I saw while fighting in the war," Wun said. "Forbidden emotions eh?" Ichika said. "I mean0- no screw that kid," Wun said walking away.
Tobi and Ichika got onto an elevator and sent them to the top level of the base inside the mountain. The top-level was at the top of the mountain. Jason's study was a large room made of metallic and metal floors and walls. And a huge window overlooking the ocean which his desk set right in front of. He sat the desk reading from an old book. "You called for us?" Tobi said. "Yes, I have important missions for you two, please have a seat," Jason said. They sat down in two chairs in front of the desk. "Now you know of course you remember deep in the milky way galaxy, the moon known as titan? well there is an old Alpha Advancement facility there and I believe it is being operated again by them, and you know that this is quite unexpectable, for they should know that we own Saturn and all its surrounding moons, so I want Ichika to go there ad inspect it, Tobi I want you to go to Enceladus, there is a possibility that they could be there two trying to set up another," Jason said. "Will do sir," Tobi said they got up and began to walk out. "Oh Tobi one more thing," Jason said. Tobi walked back to the desk. "I have felt a shift in you, I feel, the forbidden emotions as you know," Jason said. "It is nothing sir, must be a mistake," Tobi said. "Ah but this is not the first I felt it, did you ever feel sorry for that my daughter Amber? the day you brought me the flare stone I felt that feeling of remorse, which you know is not ok with us, we should not feel sorry for those who mean nothing to us," Jason said. "I didn't sir," Tobi said. "I sure as hell hope not," Jason said he turned his chair around and looked at the ocean. "The forbidden emotions lead us to the wrong path, love leads to pain, kindness leads to being tricked, and remorse and care leads to pain, as since we are over the mortals of beyond, we are beyond all things that humans cling to, we hold nothing, for it does not serve us...now go and report as soon as you find out something going on on that ice moon," Jason said.
Tobi walked out and headed to the hanger and got into a small spacecraft that only held two people in it, a wide cube shape with a comb end. He saw Wun and Ford getting into other ships as well. "You guys are going on missions too?" Tobi asked. "Yeah, I guess AA is gonna start a war with us," Ford joked. "Well it beats staying around here all day," Moe said. "Well, good luck to you both," Tobi said. Ichika got into a long black space ship and everyone flew off.
Styx had just finished burning Atlas's arms. Atlas was covered in large cuts, bruises, and a lot nails stuck in his head, but through the whole thing, he did not scream in agony. "Hm, so the rumors are true, you can't feel pain, then we shall continue this test tomorrow and do even worse things, and maybe then I shall see for myself," Styx said as she hat down the hot knife she had used to cut into him and burn him with. "Sasha!" Styx yelled. A girl with dark green hair and walked into the room. She was had on a white apron and carried a mop. "I want you to clean up this bloody mess on the floor, I got to report this to Jason," Styx said, she left the room and headed to her room to contact Jason. Sasha began mopping the floor. She glanced over to Atlas. Atlas sat in the chair emotionlessly staring down at the floor. Sasha looked over to make sure no one was coming. "Hey are alright?" Sasha asked. Atlas said nothing but just stared down. "Don't worry you can trust me, I am just a cleaner, nothing more," Sasha said, she gave Atlas some water to drink, in which he did. "Thank you..." Atlas said, his voice was weak and trembled. "Don't mention it, I always feel terrible when I see people who get tortured by Styx..." Sasha said. "So I am not the only one?..." Atlas asked. "No, Styx's only job is to torture prisoners, which this old place is basically used as a prison, both Jason and Styx are obsessed with understanding people with power, so these tests are common, but it seems she'll be doing more on you..." Sasha said. "Couldn't you help me escape?" Atlas asked. "I would, but it's not as easy as it would seem, Styx would kill me if I did, and truthfully I don't think I'd risk my life for someone I just met..." Sasha said. "I understand...I can take it, I'll suffer through the pain, she's soon to let me go because she won't find anything inside me, no answers or anything, because even I don't know how a weak child could be stronger," Atlas said. A guy named Mono came into the room, he had yellow hair and was very skinny. "Styx sent me to put Atlas back in his cage, stuff got busy so she wants to continue tomorrow," Mono said. He untied Atlas and headed towards. "And hey Sasha, maybe wee can hang tonight," Mono said. "Can't, I'll be busy," Sasha said. "Well maybe another time," Mono said. They got in the elevator and went back to the room where the cage was, He put Atlas in and locked it. "And I know what you are thinking, but back off man, I know her more than you, and I am going to ask her to be mine," Mono said storming out of the room.
Fara and Aiden followed Prome to some black planet and there was a large dim white light in the distance that shined on them. "What the hell is this place?" Fara asked. "This is the dead earth... my home, and that white light was once the sun," Aiden. Fara locked onto and fired at the rocket boosters on his ship, which it was a bad idea because they exploded and his ship went flying into the planet. "Dammnit!! we gotta go down there now," Fara exclaimed. "Do you really want to keep following him? what if he does not know where Atlas is," Aiden said. "He does know! he is just a liar," Fara said. "Well regardless if he is or not, we should get that electro charger, those things can give any machine or weapon extra power, so god knows what Jason wants with it," Aiden said. They flew into the earth and landed. The surface was just black nothingness, it was all flat, and not a single plant, building, person, or animal was there, just a void planet. The only light they had was the dim white light from the ruined sun. Fara, Aiden, and Wasp got out of the ship, it was cold and silent. "This might take a while to find him," Aiden said. "He couldn't be far," Fara said. They got some flashlights and began to walk through the dark dead earth.
