I am so very bored, their is nothing to do, man I am never staying home from school again.

'Well it's not your fault that you got sick'

my subconscious, Alan says to me. I sigh, your right it's not my fault, it's yours.

'M-my fault, how is you getting sick my fault'

Alan gawffs. Haha got you I say teasingly.

'hmmph, well I never, you do know that I am your subconscious, so that means you should be nice to me'

Alan states. Pfft says who?

'says the book of Subconscious laws and orders'

The book of Subconscious laws and orders? Is that even a real thing?

'IT IS A BOOK NOT A THING AND YES THE BOOK IS REAL'

Alan yelled. Ok,ok,ok I'm sorry, geez just calm down, you don't need to yell I say as I cover my ears with my hands.

'Well then don't disrespect our Subconscious ways, expesialy our laws and orders'

Alan says snobbily. Whatever man I am bored out of my mind I say with a groan.

'Well go and ask that lovely sister of yours to get the building blocks down from the top shelf in the closet'

Alan says. Sure why not I say with a shrug.

'Sigh. I am supposed to be your Subconscious not your decision maker on what you should do when your bored'

Alan sighs. Dude I'm only six years old and you expect me to make up my mind on something, that is asking way to much from someone like me I say as I walk into my big sisters room.

"Hey Ashley"

I say as I walk over to her desk where she sat.

"Hey bambino! what's up?"

She asked as she set down her sketchbook giving me her undivided attention.

"Well you see I am bored and have nothing else to do and I was just talking to Alan and he gave me an idea to build a structure with the blocks but the thing is I can't reach them so I was wondering if you could please get them for me"

I say as I give her my best puppy dog eyes. She chuckles lightly. I looked into her bright green eyes the same as mine and saw no judgment in them when I talked to her about Alan, I did that a lot actually I go to her whenever Alan says something mean or annoying or funny to me because she is the only one of my siblings who would actually understand I don't even think that my twin brother Milo would understand. Ashley understands because she has also has a Subconscious that she talks to and tells me about except it's a girl and her name is Kale and she has a British accent which in my opinion is wickedly awesome. Hey Alan Why can't you have a British accent that would make you way less lame than you already are I say.

'Hey remember the be nice to your subconscious chat we had'

Alan reminds me. What chat? I say in a confused voice.

' th-are you kidding me we literally just had this conversation not even half and hour ago'

Alan says in frustration. Doesn't ring a bell I say with a slight snicker.

'Sometimes I wonder why I even try to put up with you'

Alan states with disappointment etched in his voice.
