-Promise

I stare at the people walking in and out of the mall with my left hand placed at my chin as i think about yesterday.

Is it just a coincidence that i met him?

Or maybe it means something?

Was it just a dream?

I kept on thinking and thinking only to come up with no answers. I don't know why i saw him on the same day that I dreamed about him. And I don't know why I didn't see him in my dream last night. Was it all just nothing and my mind is playing with me? This is making me so frustrated. I want to know the answers to my questions.

You know that feeling of annoyance when there is this one song stuck in your head but can't remember the title? Yep. That frustration.

"Y/N? Hey? Y/n..."

I snapped out of my thoughts as my co worker clapped her hand in front of my face.

"Yes??" I stare at her startled.

"Aren't you going home? Your shift is over"

"Oh. I didn't catch the time. Yeah thank you ji eun-ah! I'll see you next week. "

"Sure thing, byeee! You better bring me something from your home town!"

I smiled at her while walking on my way to my locker to change.

Good thing i packed my stuffs last night because after i went home i fall asleep instantly and if I haven't packed up yet then goodbye gwacheon.

I didn't even have time to eat because my ride already came. And also the reason why i woke up.

"This is why you need me. You always falls asleep even if there is an important thing that you need to do" he said glancing at me while driving.

"You act as if you're not like that. Have you forgotten that you also fell asleep at the bus? Good thing i called at the right time and you woke up, if not then you'll end up nowhere."

"Yeah yeah i guess we need each other" he said while slightly laughing

"You sure you don't want to join me yoongi-ah?"

"Nah, have some quality time with your family. If i am there then your parents might forgot that you're their child and not me."

I hit his arm playfully while rolling my eyes

"I was just kidding! Stop being jealous..."

"Who says that I'm jealous??"

"Your reaction says it all"

"You're blind"

"If I'm blind then how come I'm still driving?"

"Ugh. I can't believe you're still like this."

"Still a genius? I know right."

I rolled my eyes again. I swear to god i might never get my eyes back in the right position if i keep rolling my eyes because of him.

After bickering for a lot of time we finally arrived at my parents house. I got out of the car and was about to get my suitcase but yoongi already got it out.

"I'll just bring this in and say hi to them. I also need to go somewhere after this."

"You can say hi but i can carry my own stuff you know"

"I know that you can carry it but i also know that you're already tired from work so just let me do this okay?"

He said happily while heading inside
