Third Person POV:

Perth inform his family members about what happened everyone rush to the hospital Perth is still sitting on the floor near the operation theatre waiting for that door open which is locked since 12 hours people from that room come out and go yet there is no sign of Saint yet

Perth's mom tried convince Perth to rest but no use no one succeeded to move Perth from there nor get him to eat or sleep he is just sitting there on the cold floor waiting for his love

After 16 hours of surgery finally doctor came out Perth stand on his feet quickly

"Saint is ok right can I see him?!" Perth ask or more like beg desperately

"He is out of danger but as he got hurt to his head his brain isn't responding there is a minor blood clot in his head" doctor explain

"So that means I can see him right can I talk to him" Perth was about to go in his family stopped him

"Dad Saint needs me I need to go I know he will look for me when he open his eyes" Perth tried to remove his dad's had from his arm

"Please try to understand his Brian isn't responding that means we don't know when he's gonna wake up his heartbeat is falling too he is barely alive patient isn't responding to any of our treatment" doctor answer firmly

"N-No Saint must be teasing me I know nothing happened to him I'll go wake him up" Perth tried to go inside saint's father stop him this time

"Perth I know you love him but don't try to run away from reality he isn't going to wake up he is in coma look at the truth face it Perth for god sake please get a hold of yourself" saint's father hit the reality in Perth's head

Perth helpless drop on floor he felt lost hopeless without Saint he can't function it's like Saint is the main source of his life the reason to live now that Saint is lying there lifeless is heart breaking Perth couldn't control himself he finally burst in tears the pain the guilt he's holding from hours just burst out into tears silent cry which noone can see nor feel his own pain

Perth look at Saint who is lying there peacefully with that equipment he look at his love of life smile weakly brushing his fingers over the mirror glass which is a barrier between them trying to sense him touch him smell him but no he is so close to him yet so far that he can't reach him doctor said he's under observation for 48 hours and no is allowed to visit him

Perth's mom persuade him to eat something he ate and come back to quickly to Saint stand outside looking at the vitals on the monitor and Saint covered in bandages

"Babe you remember about the deal which I told you it's been finalized the client agreed to it I'm not so happy you know" Perth answer cheerfully

"I'm trying to live normal life like everyone but I can't honey your the oxygen to my life the reason for my living please wake up 3 years of awaiting is hell it's enough Don't punish me please wake up" Perth kiss saint's forehead softly with tears

It's been 3 years since Saint is in coma and yet there is no sign of him waking up Perth make sure to visit hospital everyday before going to office and come back from office sharing every moment with his Saint even it may be something unnoticeable yet for Perth Saint is everything he wants him to be part of it his everything

In the beginning it was really for him to leave Saint alone in this hospital and get back to his life he couldn't stay for much longer away from him even though from both the families someone or the other stays with Saint keep updating Perth yet until he is with his Saint he can't seem to breath

Perth came to hospital to rushing stumbling at each step running for his love Perth's mom called him that Saint woke up finally after 3 years of awaiting Perth just want to hug him tightly and not let him go for the whole life even if he have to lock him up he doesn't hesitate

Perth walk inside the room which is crowded there he saw Zee too but it doesn't matter he just want his Saint

Perth stand there as the doctors are checking on his condition

Perth stand near the bed waiting for Saint to look at him "How are you feeling Saint is it hurting anywhere"

Saint is still weak but he can answer he look at Perth gave a weak smile a tear drop out of Perth's eye this was the moment he's been waiting for now Saint woke up finally

"Do you wanna eat anything or do you need something tell me I--"

"I don't need anything thank you I'm fine" Saint reply

"Babe you have no idea h--"

"Excuse me I'm not your babe" Saint reply his body is weak yet answer firmly

"Love this is not time to joke around" Perth chuckle in tears his sassy Saint is finally back

" just because you asked my well being doesn't mean can call me with nickname can you please go I want to be with my family alone" Perth couldn't process what he heard well it doesn't sound like teasing Perth look at doctor

"Don't tell me You don't remember me I'm your hu-"

"Mister Perth can I have a word with you" doctor interrupt before Perth could speak

Perth go out as Saint requested followed by doctor and Perth's family members "maybe you should give time sometimes when patient wakes up from head surgery they will forget things it is quite common nothing to worry he will slowly remember everything but don't force him to remember things if you pressure him his brain might stop functioning as he just woke up we will observe him for few days see how his body reacts" doctor explain and leave Perth alone
