Infidelity

Your eyes dripped with tears. Your walls, the walls that held you up, the ones that made you strong just collapsed. Moment by moment, they fell. Salty drops fell from your chin, drenching your shirt. Perhaps these tears would help wash the guilt out. You pressed your head against the wall, looking so innocent. You were anything but innocent. You were trembling. You couldn't stop. Even as you pressed your hand against the wall, you couldn't stop. It was raw, everything, raw tears, raw emotions. You could 't stop crying.

—Earlier that day—

Tsukki and you were studying for your upcoming test, in his bedroom. He was one of the only persons you didn't despise. You two were friends for a good decade now. You were often over his house. It was a place to hide away from your worries. It was a safe haven when the storm invaded your own home. School was hell everyday and home just rocked back and forth between comfort and harm. Without him, without the friendship and support he gave you, without the gentleness of his personality, you didn't know what would've happened.

"Too bad Yamaguchi couldn't come." You said.

"Hmm." He replied effortlessly.

Yamaguchi and you have been dating for almost a year now. He was the perfect boyfriend. He was sweet, smart, gentle, carrying, supporting, and basically all the qualities of a perfect man described in every romance novels ever. In fact, you were the one wondering why he had chose you. You considered yourself as an average teenager. The only things you were particularly good at were complaining and procrastinating. But more importantly, you hated yourself for not loving him back.

"What's wrong?" Tsukki asked as he took off his glasses to rub his temples.

"Nothing."

"Tch. You're such an idiot."

"I'm just a little sad I guess."

He furrowed his eyebrows and the next thing you knew, he was an inch away from you. He kissed you and the world fell away. It was slow and soft, comforting in ways that words would never be. The kiss came out of nowhere. One minute Tsukki was over the other side of the desk, the next he was kissing you, his hand clasped gently into the back of your hair, pressing in softly. After a few seconds, he broke away and looked down, his cheeks slowly turning pink.

"I just had to do that, even if it's only once." He looked back at you and sighed "Whatever."

He bent down, his lips against your cheek, brushing it lightly, the light touch sending shivers through your nerves, shivers that made your whole body tremble.

"If you want me to stop, tell me now." He whispered.

When you still said nothing, he brushed his mouth against the hollow of your temple. "Or now." He traced the line of your cheekbone. "Or now." His lips were against yours. "Or-" you reached up and pulled him down to you, and the rest of his words were lost against your mouth. You were cheating, but for some reason, this just felt right. Almost as if you were craving for his touch your whole life. You were kissing like crazy. Like your lives depended on it. His tongue slipped inside your mouth, gentle but demanding, and it was nothing like you've ever experienced. Your fingers gripped his hair, pulling him closer. Your veins throbbed and your heart exploded. You have never wanted anyone like this before. Ever. With every kiss he brought to you, it felt like the world stopped, leaving just the two of you to wander the earth together. With every touch he was giving you, it felt like he was untying all of your knots. He was holding you in eternity in the arms you've grown so accustomed to. This was what falling in love was like, a story you never wanted to end. For so long you had longed for it, and now you couldn't bare to lose it, lose this thing that made you feel so complete.
