Chapter Three; Part Two; "Changing Perspective"
(WRITTEN IN LEVONS PERSPECTIVE)

The time is 4:25 Wednesday afternoon. "I don't feel too good." I said while grabbing my stomach. "Yeah Levon, we about died." Zamir said to me with a concerned look on their face "I don't understand why someone would do that to a school." Pearl said to us with tears streaming down her face. I sighed and looked out the window while we drove. "Hey Malachi, where are we going?" I asked while patting his shoulder. "A hospital?" Malachi said. "Yeah that's the best bet. Pearl is hurt and we seriously need help." Zamir said while laying their head on the window. About an hour passed while we drove on isolated country roads. We were finally getting into the city. It looks like the whole city was destroyed and in chaos. "Uh-" Zamir said while looking around wide eyed. I tried to gather myself while looking around the town, "Guys, what the hell is happening? First the school now the whole f-ing city!" Malachi said panicking. "I've read about this, the first step is to gather supplies in case this lasts, like, forever." I said calmly trying to make the group feel better. "What no I have to see my family!" Pearl shouted while looking at me, her eyes red and puffy from crying. "You guys do that I'm gonna stick with Levons plan, It makes most since, and I don't want to, you know, die." Zamir said sarcastically while looking at all of us. "I- I- don't know.. What if we're just dreaming?" Malachi said concerned. Zamir punched Malachi in the arm. "This is real dumbass." Zamir said while rolling their eyes and sitting back down in their seat. "The grocery store looks fine. We should probably walk though. We don't want to waste gas." I said, pulling the door handle and stepping foot onto the body covered road. "Wait!" Pearl yelled while stepping out of the Jeep and standing next to me. Malachi and Zamir follows after. We start walking with scissors in our hand ready for combat just incase the streets aren't actually empty like they look.
