Y/N POV

Jaehyung and I, are bestfriends. For how long? we've been bestfriends for 10 years. I've met him at this library. I usually call him Jae. Jae is really a nice person to be honest, he's always there when you need him.

He genuinely cares about you, at first I was hesitang to be friend, I didn't even trust him at the first place, but he proved it to me that he can be trusted.

Jae Calling~

I heard my phone ring, oh it's Jae.

"Jae? hi, do you need something?"

"uh, Y/N this isn't Jae, this is Younghyun."

"Where's Jae?!"

"Go to XXX hospital, be quick."

"Okay okay, gtg."

I hanged up and immediately change my clothes. What happen to Jae? He didn't even informed me or what?

Jae's POV

I was walking down the streets to buy some sweets for Y/N. Our last bond was last week, so why not bond today right? Right! I've arrived at the store and went inside. Oh, this shop is our favorite place, their sweets are absolutely delicious that's why Y/N wants it here.

I picked the sweets and pay for them.

"That'll be $5 sir." The cashier said.

I grabbed my wallet and took $5 and paid it.

I exited the shop and happily strolling down to Y/N's house. While walking I saw an old woman being harassed? How could he?

I ran up immediately and threw a punch at the man. This dude is crazy, harassing an old woman? Pathetic.

"Ma'am go walk away, I'll handle this." I assured her.

"Thank you young man, be safe." She said before walking away.

I looked at the man, he got back ups, I didn't prepared for this.

"Looks like someone is scared." He said while smirking.

"We should beat him? Or let him live?" The other said.

"Beat him, he disturbed me." I enlargened my eyes

"I'm just saving an old woman from your disgusting hands!" I yelled.

" blah blah blah, beat him boys!" he commanded

They punched me at the stomach giving me hard slaps, it hurts. Fuck this shit, I was just helping and receiving this kind of treatment?

"P-please s-stop." I muttered

"boss, this us enough, he's badly injured." they stopped and laughed at me.

"how weak young man. dont ever disturbed me like that again." and so that they walked away

I didn't have an energy to move, I just layed and no onr was here to help.

I reached my phone and contact Younghyun.

"Younghyun hyung, p-please help me"

"Jae?! Where are you I'm coming!"

"XXX street, p-please h-hyung be fast."

Younghyun already hanged up.

My eyes slowly closed and everything went black.

Y/N POV

I'm currently right here at the hospital with Younghyun. He said that Jae was badly beaten up, who the fuck did this to him? They'll fucking pay for this.

"Y/N, Jae is going to be okay. He's a strong man." Younghyun patted my shoulders and smiled at me.

Minutes has passed, the doctor came out.

"Doc? How's the patient?" I asked

"He's badly beaten up, but luckily he got no fractures and no broken bones. Just bruises and wounds." He informed

I sighed, being thankful for what I have heard.

God heard my prayers! Thank you! Thank you!

"Can we visit him?" Younghyun asked

'Yes you may, but don't be too harsh to him, his wounds and bruises might hurt." We just nodded and went up at Jae.

We enter the room and saw Jae laying peacefully with his eyes closed.

"Uhm, hey Y/N, I need to go. I have some errands to do. Just text me when Jae wakes up."

"Sure Younghyun, no problem. Be safe!" I waved at him.

I looked at Jae and he's still sleeping peacefully.

I fished my phone and just scroll at social medias.

My eyes got heavy and I just let myself drift to sleep.

-1 hour-

I felt a hand at my head, I immediately looked up and saw Jae, awake! He's awake!

"JAE! YOU LITERALLY MADE ME WORRIED YOU IDIOT!"

"I'm sorry okay? And calm down! hahaha!"

"How have you became like that?" I was curious

He was saying the story behind those wounds and bruises. He helped an old woman? Such a great man indeed, even he'll be in danger, he'll still help you as possible.

"You did a great job Jae! But those mens are fucking disgusting."

"calm down, and watcn your language missy."

"Just, let me know what you'll do okay? So it won't happened again."

"Yes ma'am."

We joked around and laughed together. Our friendship still stays strong until now. Finally, I'm happy to met my bestfriend, Park Jaehyung.
