Kibutsuji Muzan - is a Demon, the first of his kind, and is the progenitor of many other Demons.He is also the Demon responsible for slaughtering the majority of the Kamado family and transforming Nezuko Kamado into a Demon.

Upper Ranks:
Kokushibo - is a member of the Twelve Kizuki, holding the position of their most powerful, Upper Rank 1. Before becoming a Demon, his human identity was Michikatsu Tsugikuni.
Doma - is a member of the Twelve Kizuki, holding the position of Upper Rank 2.
Akaza - is a member of the Twelve Kizuki, holding the position of Upper Rank 3. While he was human, his name was Hakuji.
Nakime - is the mysterious Biwa Demon who dwelled in the Infinity Castle. Originally, she was merely a Demon who served to summon other Demons into the castle on Muzan Kibutsuji's command, but, after Hantengu's death, she became the new Upper Rank 4 of the Twelve Kizuki.
Hantengu - is one of the Twelve Kizuki, holding the position of Upper Rank 4.
Gyokko - is a member of the Twelve Kizuki, holding the position of Upper Rank 5.
Kaigaku - is a former Demon Slayer and Zenitsu Agatsuma's senior disciple under former Hashira Jigoro Kuwajima. However, he becomes a Demon to save his own life and later became the Upper Rank 6 of the Twelve Kizuki, replacing Daki and Gyutaro.
Gyutaro - is a member of the Twelve Kizuki and the true holder of the position of Upper Rank 6, which he shared with his younger sister Daki.
Daki - known as Warabihime in her oiran guise, is a member of the Twelve Kizuki, being the secondary holder of the position of Upper Rank 6, a position she shares with the primary holder, her older brother, Gyutaro.

Enmu - is a member of the Twelve Kizuki, holding the position of Lower Rank 1.
Rekuro - was a member of the Twelve Kizuki, having held the position of Lower Rank 2.
Wakuraba - was a member of the Twelve Kizuki, having held the position of Lower Rank 3.
Mukago - was a member of the Twelve Kizuki, having held the position of Lower Rank 4.
Rui - was a member of the Twelve Kizuki, having held the position of Lower Rank 5.
Kamanue - was a member of the Twelve Kizuki, having held the new position of Lower Rank 6.
Kyogai - was a member of the Twelve Kizuki, having held the position of Lower Rank 6 before Muzan Kibutsuji excommunicated him for not being strong enough. He is also known as Drum Demon.
