«There's the college» said Ellie pointing in distance «You were a firefly but you don't know this area.. why is that?» said Joel and Ellie nodded.
«Because Tommy did many many patrols here at the lab, and since Marlene wanted us to be separated.. she always sent me to the center of Seattle» Joel nodded.

«Let's stop here, Olivia and i will go to search for some supplies, take a look on the horses okay Ellie?» the kid nodded «Be careful» she then said to them.

As they were searching, Joel couldn't stop looking at her, they didn't had the chance to clarify things between them yet, so he wanted to stay a bit alone with her.

«You wanted to talk to me right?» she was smart, very smart and that's what he loved about her most, she was able to predict your actions.
«Yeah..» he sighed and she sat on the chair next to her «I'm sorry for what i said at the house, sometimes i guess the fear of getting close to someone hits me» Olivia nodded, she kind of guessed that.

«I thought you were leaving me Joel, i know your brother.. and i trust him but i started all of this by your side» he sighed looking at her eye expressions «I.. i couldn't leave you behind and i understood that right away» he got close to her face «Promise me.. you will never leave me, i don't know what i would do without you Joel» she melt at his touch, she really liked him.

«I promise, i really do» she then placed her head on his chest «Let's get back to Ellie before she starts wondering where we went» he laughed and Olivia looked right in his eyes, she could feel pain, regrets in those eyes but she also could see the real Joel, someone who would've done anything for those two girls.

«Here we are girls» they jumped off their horses as Ellie opened the door «Oh shit.. look at this» inside the lab they found bodies, all dead.
«Search around, let's see what we can found» Olivia nodded and began to search with them.

«Hey listen here» said Joel as he found a tape «If you're searching for the Fireflies, well they aren't here anymore, we've been attacked and the base called back all the soldiers, i'm a doctor and i don't know how much time i've got left, hope Jim's experiment will work, when the night is dark.. look for the light» Olivia looked at Joel then at Ellie «We need to get to the hospital then» said the kid looking at the map.

«Judging by the map, we're here and the hospital is.. here» Olivia pointed on a place that was only a couple of miles distant from there.

«We nearly done it» said the girl looking at Joel, in that moment he wanted to take them away from there, he was so worried that something was going to happen to Ellie that he couldn't help but think about it.

«Here.. Joel» Olivia said giving him an hand as they stopped for the night sneaking in an old apartment.
«This reminds me of my old place, i had a room similar to this one» said Olivia looking around «Okay.. let's get ready for the night.»

Ellie was sleeping with her head on Olivia's legs as she was touching her hair «You want me to put her on the bed right there?» Olivia smiled at Joel «Yeah.. i think i can't feel my legs anymore» she said with a little laugh that made Joel smile.
«Okay.. i'll take her then» she watched Ellie snuggle up in Joel's arms as he took her.

«She likes you» said Olivia as he sat down next to her «And i like you too» he smiled as she placed her head on his shoulder.
«I would do anything for you two» he suddenly said, she knew that he was saying "hey i like you too", he had his ways and Olivia was beginning to understand that.

They looked at each other deeply in the eyes as Joel began to touch her face gently, thing that made Olivia melt.
«I really want to..» she smiled, knowing already what he wanted to do so she anticipated him.
She kissed him, thing that made Joel feel that spark again, he ain't kissed a woman in years and that was illuminating for him.

He kissed her back placing his hands gently all over her body, he never felt like that moment in a long time.
«I think we should..—» said Olivia pointing the big room behind them, Joel smiled «Yeah..».

He gently kissed her, placing her on the bed. «Are you sure..?» he said.. he didn't also wanted to do something that maybe she would've regret «I waited for this to happen Joel» he waited too, he wanted her so bad.. that he was even jealous of his little brother.

The love and the passion was screaming in that room, the chemistry between Joel and Olivia was unbelievable, and she felt loved by him everytime he kissed every single inch of her body.
He was worshipping her, she was the best thing he had and he wasn't letting that thing go.

They finished cuddling into that bed «I never felt like this in a long time» he said looking at her «Me too.. i'm glad to be here with you and to have this with you..» he smiled touching her face «I'm glad to call you mine» she looked at him surprised «Joel Miller!» he laughed «Yeah i mean..» she laughed too «I'm playing with you Miller, yeah, i'm all yours».
