Chapter 7: "Surprised"

Jisoo POV

"You kissed me," I whispered

"Why? You don't like it?" Jennie replied

"No, it's not..." I try my best not to stutter

"Kiss me," She demands and closing her eyes waiting for my response

"There are too many people right now," I whispered, people still staring at us. Okay, it's not like I don't want to do it.

"Fine!" Jennie kissed my cheek and disappeared, and I was left standing speechless now! I mean, blushing doesn't matter if I'm blushing or what?

Then a figure coming toward me,
"Dude, you look so red," Lisa says as she's standing in front of me. She put her hand on my forehead and removed it immediately because it was hot, "I think you have a fever," Lisa adds

"Am I?" I asked; I didn't know that I blushed that hard.

"Go get a doctor, and you might faint if you continue. Go home, Kim." Lisa replied as well

"Let's just forget about it and get to class," I say, and she nods. I stop Lisa at her class first because her class is on the 1st floor and mine is on the 2nd floor.

"Shh, babe," I heard Chaeyoung whispered to Lisa's ears

"What? Babe?" I was a little bit confused; Lisa pushed me to the corner and ran inside the classroom!

"Explain to me later!" I shouted a little bit loud as everyone noticed I was outside their class. They immediately take pictures of me, but I am lucky for covering my face with my schoolbag. I can't even hear what's Lisa replied, but I'm sure that she's just going to roll her eyes.

I ran to the staircase and made it to the 2nd floor. The bell rang, and I knew I would be late. I made it to the door and knocked. "Why are you late?" the professor asked. She didn't let me in yet.

"Uh, I went to the toilet." I lied. The professor looks at me and starts walking toward me.

"Is that an excuse, or do you just say it in purpose!?" She shouts. Who does she think she is? Does she think she can freely shout at someone's daughter?

"That's my reason. What's the matter?!" I replied, "Go to the principal room!" She shouts

"You're not my mom," I replied, "Where is your respect!?" She says

"I told you the reason why I am late, and now you're shouting at me!" I replied

"Who's your dad is? Let me make a phone call." She went back to her desk, took out her phone

"Why would I tell a brat my father's phone number? Are you asking my father out? Gross." I say

"I'm not a flirty person like you," She says

"How did you know I'm a flirty person? HA! You are stalker me." I laughed at her

"Excuse me, do you know who I am?" I asked the student sitting, and she nodded slowly with her tomato face

"You're no one but a brat?" She says

"Dear teacher, I'm not sure if you will continue with this job anymore. You don't have to come to this school anymore. You're fired." I say

"HA! Who are you to fire me? You're nothing." She says

"I am happy to meet you, but you have to leave." I say, "You have a pretty mouth. But I can't believe you're mouth is the dumpiest mouth in this world."

"I am the head of the discipline, and now you're the one who didn't show some respect," I say

"Oh, congratulations on staying at a high position but please just leave."

"Can you stop telling me to leave this school? Who's your father? I have to make a phone call with him!" She says

"Let me introduce you to myself first." I say, "My name is Kim Jisoo, and you?"

"You're Kim Jisoo?!"
"I am very sorry about my attitude."

"You don't have to be sorry, and you're lucky since I'm in a good mood." I walked past the teacher and went to my seat.
I didn't talk to Jennie after she kissed me. Her lips also just got some random guy kissed. I'm mad.

"Can anyone tell me what's love is?" The teacher asked. No one replied because we don't know what's love either.

"No one gotta answers that?" The professor stands up she looks at all of us. If she chose you, that means you need to answer the question.

"Jennie Kim," the professor called. Jennie stood up.

"Love is...... something like that can change someone." Jennie answered, everyone eyes on Jennie, "So do you have a boyfriend," the teacher asked

"No," Jennie answered, "did you ever experience love with someone?" the teacher asked

"I don't know if this is a real love, but I hope it is," Jennie replied,

"People always get confused with love," the Teacher says, "I know," Jennie replied

"That's a wonderful story to talk about. Thank you, you may sit down now." Teacher says

The bell rang, "class dismiss." the teacher demands, and we stand up and greet goodbye

I went back to sit and felt like no one was beside me, so I couldn't even sleep. I keep thinking about it earlier. What's she talking about? I rested my head down and fell asleep. I think I am so tired.

An hour later, someone tapped on my shoulder. I open my eyes and look who it is. It was Jennie.

"Class gotta start in 10 minutes," Jennie said, and I nodded. I went back to sleep, and suddenly I felt someone sits on my lap.

"What are you doing?" I asked, making my eyes wider.

"I want a hug," Jennie replied and buried her head on her neck. She's so warm. Suddenly, she looks up at me.

"Are you sick?" Jennie asked. She pulled out her hand and made it to my forehead.

"No...." I replied.

"Oh gosh, you have a fever" Jennie removed her hand and immediately stood up.

"We need to go to the health office!" Jennie worried. She made me stand up, guiding me slowly to go to the end of the classroom.

"No, class gotta start in a minute from now," I stop her

"Class doesn't matter. You're important!" she drags me to the outside, and pushes me to the wall, and kisses me.

"Feel better?" Jennie asked as pull away

"Yeah...." My eyes went wide, but I liked it though.

She guided me to the health office. As we reached, she helped me lay down and call the nurse. The nurse walks in and asks what happened.

"She has a heavy fever," Jennie said

"Oh, okay, I will take it from now. You can go back to your class now." The nurse says

"No," Jennie replied

"Uh, do you have a relationship with Ms. Kim?" The nurse asked, "I'm her girlfriend" Jennie replied in a worried way, and she nodded in understanding

"How do you know my name?" I asked in curious, "I saw your name tag," the nurse says

"You're right," I laughed

"I heard that you're mom just got arrived in Korea earlier." She says

'How'd she know? She's probably my mother's friend'

"By any chance, are you a friend with my mom?" I asked in curious, then nodded and slowly removing her hat that was covering her face.

"Mom!" I shout

"A friend of your Mom is here," Mom laughed, "But look at here, you bought a girlfriend with you," she added
