Elevator going up

The next day Lucifer awoken early , sleepily waking up and yawned as he sat up and stretched his arms "ah another day of running the carnival" he says . Getting out of bed he lifts the covers from his legs and goes to get changed into his robe , taking off his night clothes and setting them aside he then puts on his black button up shirt and pants along with his robe. Sighing happily he then goes over to see you and smiles down at you sleeping form , he gently strokes your hair "(y/n) its time to wake up little one" he calms says to you , you groan and cover your head with your pillow "no....five more minutes" you groaned sleepily . He smirks shaking his head " alright I guess you don't want CINNAMON SUGAR DONUTS for breakfast then" he says , you immediately bolt up from your bed and swiftly get changed into your favourite devil onsie and put on your black converses " I'm up see, can we get donuts now?" You him . He chuckles and ruffles your hair " I guess so, I just thought we could have a treat for breakfast today and you know the donut guy always has a fresh batch of them first thing in the morning " he tells you . You smile happily and nod , he gently takes your hand and leads you out into the carnival . Walking through it all, you admire all the carnies in their latest costumes and hear them rehearsing their lines outside . You both soon come upon the donut stand and he order a bag of 24 cinnamon sugar donuts for the both of you to share , the guy behind the stand dishes out the donuts into a white paper bag and hands it to him .

You both go to sit down on a bench together and each the donuts, he lets you take the first one as you stick your small little fingers inside the bag and take the first two out . You smile, taking a bite of one of them and licking your lips "mmm thank you father" you says "your quite welcome my dear" he replies, you both enjoy the donuts together until the whole bag was empty . Once you both finished eating you see Jame's walking by and wave to him "hey James" you call out to him , he turns around and smiles at you "oh hey (y/n), you wanna go play some games with me?" He ask . You look up at you father and he looks down at you "can I daddy?" You ask " alright, go and play but be careful alright" he tells you "yes father" you reply happily. He then chuckles to himself and watches you run off with James "Kids" he says shaking his head a bit .

    You and James run over to the duck hunt game and James hands the lady behind the stand a gold coin , she hands him one of the guns and starts up the game . He focuses extremely hard on trying to shoot the targets but ends up missing each one, losing the game he sighs sadly and puts down the gun "aww this game sucks" he says. You smirk a bit and hand the lady a gold coin "here, let me try" you says picking up the gun , the game starts up again and you manage to hit every target . James looks at you surprised with his jaw dropped and you smirk in triumph as the game ends "HOW DID YOU DO IT?" He asks in shock "father said there was a trick to it , he taught me how to beat the game a couple weeks ago" you tell him . The lady behind the booth hands you a snake plushie and you smile at it " Imma name Nathaniel" you happily say, you both then run off to find another game to play all while being completely unaware that the agent had arrived at the carnival.

    You both go to the fish bow game and you both hand the man behind the counter a gold coin, he then reaches into his pockets with his scarred bloody hands and pulls out three ping pong balls . Handing them to the both of you the game starts and you both mange to land at least one ball into one of the fish bowls , you both smile happily until the guy hands you both a fish bowl . Your smiles begin to droop when you notice that the fish inside the bowls were already dead "hey...these gold fishes are dead" James complains "yea...I know" you reply , the guy running the booth simply shrugs it off and goes back to counting his money . You sigh dumping the gross murky water out of the bowl and onto the ground, you then set the bowl down and use your hands to dig a little grave for the little guy . Reaching your hand into the bowl you scoop out the fish and place it inside the grave and cover it up " Rest In Peace little fishy , may you swim happily in the afterlife " you say . James does the same with his fish and you both then go to find another game to play , however while wandering around James had to use to the washroom "um can we stop for a moment I need to go to the bathroom" he says "sure" you reply. You both head towards the portapotties , James goes inside one leaving you all alone outside it.

    While waiting outside by yourself you looked around and spotted an unfamiliar person wandering around, you felt uneasy about them and watched as they looked around , getting closer and closer towards you. They soon spotted you and you begin to feel nervous, they started to walk in your direction . Looking up at him nervously you kept your guard up "wh-who are you? What do you want?" You ask shyly , the guy kneels down infront of you " its alright I'm not going to hurt you, I'm the agent . I've been asked to get you and bring you somewhere safe" he tells you. You look at him confused "b-but I am safe" you tell him "no, no your not this place..this place isn't suitable for a little girl like yourself" he says . You glare at him and shake your head " I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE, this is my home and I'm not leaving it behind" you tell him , he sighs and looks down " I was hoping you would come willing but unfortunately you don't have a choice" he says. He then swiftly grabs you and begins to carry you away to the elevator, you kick and scream as you cried out for help "HELP, SOMEBODY HELP! PLEASE!" You cried out . James comes out of the bathroom and sees you getting kidnapped he panics as he tries to chase after him "HEY STOP, LET HER GO!" He shouts out to the agent. But his attempt to stop him was futile , the agent had taken you to the elevator and rode up . James runs to the elevator and angrily pounds on the doors "NO, NO , NO!" He screams falling to his knees and cries ......(to be continued)
