When Newt and Y/N meets on the train, they became the best of friends. They both share a love of creatures. With Newt and his creatures is a adventure everyday. Y/N is willing to go on this adventure.
Newt and Y/n enter the Great Hall. They both look around and smile. Then everyone started to walk up as their names were called. "Newton Scamander", their teacher Professor McGonagall said.

Y/n gently gave him a reassuring squeeze on his shoulder. He nervously walk up and sat down. Professor McGonagall place the sorting hat on his head. "Yes, very interesting. Very wise, strong courage, but all the above is a amazing kindness", the sorting hat said.
"Hufflepuff!", the hat declared. Newt gave a nervous smile. He walk to his table. "Y/n L/n", Professor McGonagall called. Y/n took a deep breath and walk up.
Professor McGongall the sorting hat on her head. "Very interesing. Very brave. Cool headed. Very kind", it said.
"Very knowledgeable. Better make it... Ravenclaw", it declared her house. Y/n gave a small sad smile as she look at Newt.
~Later after the feast
Newt was walking to his common room. "Newt wait up!", he heard Y/n called. He stop and look at her. "Y/n shouldn't you be going to your common room?", he asked. "In a second, but Newt we are still friends right?", she asked.
"You still want to be friends with me?", he asked in surprise. "Of course I do. Even though we are in different houses we are still friends right?", she said. "Yes. Of course", he said.
"Okay. I will see you later in class", she said smiling. She ran back to her common room. "I made my friend who's a human. I hope I don't mess this up", he said to himself.
