Chapter 2

Year 2020

*Alarm ringing*

"Ugh, could you shut up? It's still 7am." Yoongi groaned as he turned off the alarm on his phone.

"Five more minutes." He mumbles in an inaudible tone as he falls asleep again. He hates going to school, especially on Mondays.

40 minutes later...

"What time is it?" He woke up (again) and checked the time on his phone.

7:40 am

"Shit! I'm gonna be late!" He curses to himself as he runs to the bathroom to prepare for school.

After taking a quick shower he started to get dressed in front of the mirror in his room. He was forced to wear a uniform due to his school's dress code.

"Why can't we just wear normal clothes?" He sighs as he finishes buttoning his shirt.

As soon as he was done grooming himself he grabbed his bag and ran downstairs. He got a piece of toast as his breakfast before he went outside to lock his house. He was currently living alone because his parents were abroad.

He decided to run to school since it was pretty close to his home. But as he was running on the side walk someone was trying to tell him to move out of the way. He couldn't hear it what the person said because he was wearing earphones.

"Get out of the way!" The boy on a skateboard was quickly heading towards his direction. He tried warning him again but it was too late.

The boy collided with Yoongi causing both of them to fall to the ground. Yoongi groaned in pain from the hard impact.

"Ugh... what the hell?!" He screamed at the stranger as he was holding his butt that hit the hard concrete floor.

"I told you to move!" The stranger screamed back at him as he tried to remove the dust from his pants. Which made Yoongi look at the boy.

"He has the same uniform as me."  He thought to himself.

"Why are you angry?! You were the one who crashed into me!" Yoongi angrily said back as he was finally back to his senses.

"Whatever, I'm leaving." The stranger then hopped on his skateboard and left the boy he just ran into.

"Asshole." Yoongi muttered as soon as the boy left.

He got up and picked his bag from the ground, then he ran faster as he head out to his school. He hoped that he wasn't late due to the amount of time he wasted scolding the stranger earlier. Thankfully he wasn't, but his uniform got stained  when a part of his polo landed on a small mud puddle. He just decided to clean it after class was done.

Yoongi then entered his class with a few other students who were right on time like him. Their teacher wasn't there yet so felt relieved. He made his way to his seat that was in front of an empty one in the back of the class.

"Good morning students." Their teacher who just arrived greeted them.

"Good morning ma'am." The class said in unison.

"Before we start, I'll take attendance." Their teacher said as she picked up her pen and clipboard.

"Im Nayeon." She said as she looked at her students then cheking the box with the corresponding name as a girl raises her hand.

"Do Hanse." The teacher looked at her students again waiting for a response.

"Here." A boy in the left side of the class replied.

"Min Yoongi." She said as she looked at her students once again.

"Here." Yoongi replies as he barely raises his hand.

"Why is there a stain on your uniform?" She questioned the boy.

"I fell on the ground. I'll clean it up later." He answered in a low voice.

"Alright, just make sure to keep you uniform clean." She said as she checked the box with his name.

"Yes ma'am." Yoongi replied a little embarrassed from what his teacher just said.

"Great, I bet this day couldn't get any worse." Yoongi thought to himself.

"Alright let's continue. Park-" Before she finished her sentence she was interrupted by the classroom door opening.

A boy who looked a little winded from running stood at the door which made the whole class look towards his direction. Yoongi looked over as well almost causing his eyes to widen at the sight he saw. It was the same boy who crashed into him earlier.

"Well shit." Yoongi mutter as he couldn't believe what he was seeing.
