5 Seconds of Summer Preferences

First Date

Ashton:

You and Ashton go to the fanciest restaurant in town. He always want to do the things that you like best.

When you reach your table at the restaurant, Ashton carefully pulls out your chair to allow you to sit down. He is acting like a true gentleman would.

As you and Ashton both receive your desserts, the waiter accidentally spills the piece of cake that you ordered onto your new dress.

"Really?!" You scream.

"I am truly sorry," the waiter sincerely says. He begins to wipe up the cake off of your dress.

"Don't touch me!" You angrily scream. You begin to run out of the restaurant, leaving Ashton with the waiter still at the table.

You kneel down against the outside wall of the restaurant. You instantly cry into your knees with no stopping point in mind.

You hear footsteps walk up to you. Then, a pair of warm and comforting hands land on your shoulders.

"Are you ok Y/N?" Ashton asks in a soft voice.

"No, I acted like a brat and I don't even know why you are still here. You should have left and forget about me," you still sniffle into your knees.

"Now, why would I do that? I would never leave you," he wraps his arms around you tightly. You feel the warmth of his body reach yours as you continue to sob into his shoulder.

Luke:

It is a beautiful day outside for the perfect first date with Luke.

You live pretty close to the beach so you guys decide to take a walk to the beach to spend the day together.

As you reach the beach, Luke grabs your hand and drags you towards the ocean.

"Luke! No!" You jokingly scream. "I'm not ready to get wet!" You actually aren't wearing a swimsuit because you aren't expecting to go in the ocean.

"But I'm ready," he continues to pull you closer to the ocean. He also isn't wearing a swimsuit.

He finally gets you up to ankle length in the water. Luckily, you are wearing shorts and he is too.

Luke begins to splash you with water from the ocean.

"Luke, stop," you try to say between laughs. Then, you begin to splash him.

Luke begins to run away from your splashes. Once you realize that he is running away, you run after him.

He is getting further and further away from you so you start to run faster.

Just after a few seconds of running faster, you trip over your own feet and fall down into the shallow water.

"Luke," you weakly say as you try to get up. All of the bones in your body feel as if they just broke.

Fortunately, Luke turns around to see where you are. His starts to run back to you as he realizes that you fell down.

"Y/N, are you ok?" He asks you as he reaches you.

"Yeah, but I need help getting up," you say as you continue to try to get up on your own. Luke instantly grabs your arms and helps you up.

"I'm sorry Y/N. I know you don't want to get wet but I made you get in the water," Luke apologizes as he wipes sand off of your arms.

"It's ok, it was still really fun," you forgive him as you bring your face closer to him. You then plant a soft kiss on his cheek.

Michael:

Michael takes you to the local carnival. You love carnivals and Michael knows that.

You and Michael go over to the games right as you arrive. As you get closer to the carnival games, your eyes land on a gigantic stuffed teddy bear at one of the games.

"Michael, look at the huge stuffed teddy bear at one of the games. Can we play that game?" You ask him as you excitedly jump up and down.

"Of course," he agrees.

You continue to play the carnival games for a couple of minutes before you start to become frustrated.

Michael sees the frustration on your face and says,"If we don't win this bear, then I'll get you something else."

"Ok," you say as you continue to play the game.

After another few minutes, you give up on the game.

"Guess I'm not getting that bear," you sadly pout.

"That might be true, but I have something better,"Michael says as he gently grabs your hand and walks you away from the carnival game.

"What is it?" You become curious.

"This," he says just as he brins his face closer to yours and kisses you passionately.

Calum:

For your first date with Calum, he decides to take you to see the movie that you have wanted to see for months. Calum brings a large bowl of popcorn for you two to share during the movie. This is needed because you know that you are going to eat a lot of the popcorn.

You aren't the only ones in the theater, but it isn't that jam packed. You finally make it to some seats in the theater for you to sit at. The seats that you choose are in the middle of a row. You always love to be in the middle of the row.

During the movie, you feel an arm reach across the back of your neck and touch your shoulder on the left. You instantly know that it is Calum and jokingly say, "Well, that was a little cheesy of you to do."

"Oh, well. It just means that I can protect you if anything scary happens in the movie," he pulls you closer to him.

"You know that this movie is a Disney movie, right?" You begin to chuckle.

"You never know what may happen in the movie," Calum trys to defend the reason for his cheesy move.

"I don't really care if it was a cheesy move anyway," you begin to say. "It just means that I'll know that you'll always be there for me." You have a huge smile on your face that stays there for the rest of the movie and into the night.

*Author's Note*

This was an adorable part to write, even though Ashton's and Luke's situations didn't go as planned. The best things don't happen all the time though.
