POV Avery:
We were already there with Leah waiting for Ava and Evelyn. We didn't waited long for them and before they came I thought Soph and I looked good, but they looked stunning and Leah didn't forget to comment on them.
- Wow, wow, wow. We are looking fancy tonight.
We all laughed and headed to the car. Ava said the restaurant was called The Melting Pot. After an hour we were there and the place really looked very good. We went inside and the hostess took us to our table. We sat down at the table and everyone looked at the menu.
- Avery are you going to order a pizza or this time you prefer to order something different- Leah said. She was in the mood to mess with me for no reason.
- No Leah, this time I will order something different. Something very, very tasty- I said looking at her with a catchy look.
- I.. Um guys, what you want to eat, what will you order.
- Oh wow- Ava said- Leah the girl who always knows what to say, doesn't know what to say, that is something new.
- Mind your business, Ava.
The rest of the time, Leah wasn't joking or teasing me, she was rather nice, maybe because she didn't want me to "embarrass" her. Ava and Evelyn went to the restroom and Lea went out to talk on the phone. It was just me and Soph now.
- You both seem to get along very well- she said.
- What you mean?
- You and Leah. You talk with her all night and you doesn't even look at me.
- I'm not just talking to her. I'm talking to everyone and I don't know how many more times you want me to tell you that you look amazing- I grabbed her hands and hold them- Hey, look at me, look at all these people here, they all look good but you look amazing no matter what you're wearing.
- Oh, how sweet- Savannah said sitting down- Avery, Soph I haven't seen you here before. What are you doing here?
- We are here with our friends- I said- So please can you get out of here.
- Avery, I didn't thought you'd talk to me like that after our last conversation. Didn't you change your opinion about me?
- Yes I did, but we are trying to have good time now, without any drama and problems.
- Oh dear, I'm not a drama queen anymore. I'm trying to have good timo too with my girlfriend, but I saw you guys and decided to come and say hi.
- You have a girlfriend?- Soph asked.
- Yes I do, she is right over there- she pointed a tall blond girl. She looked too good to be with someone like Savannah, but who knows maybe she love her- We've been together for a month.
- A month!?
- Yes, initially she told me no several times but I always have what I want, and I know how to get it- she looked at me like she was talking about me. Yeah, she didn't changed- So girls, have you already consumed your love or you are waiting for the right time?
- It's not your business,Savannah.
- Yes, yes. I'm sorry.
- Okay, can you leave now.
- I can. See you soon girls- she kept looking at me.
- She is crazy.
- She is and she didn't changed.
Ava and Evelyn came and told us we were leaving because Evelyn was not feeling well, like always Leah didn't wanted to leave but she saw Savannah and changed her mind immediately. We came home and we went to bed. We lay down and neither of us could sleep. I turned around to face her and she was looking at me.
- Hey- I say putting a lock of hair behind her ear.
- Hi.
- You can't sleep.
- Yeah, I'm tired but i can't.
I got closer to her and hugged her, she put her head on my chest and started to play with my fingers. For a moment there was complete silence in the room.
- Soph, you know that I love you, right?
- Yes I know and I love you too.
- And you know I want to spend my life with you?
- I know.
- Soph.
- Yes!?
- Will you marry me?
She raised her head and looked me in the eyes.
- Avery, yes I do love and yes I want to spend my life with you, but don't you think it's too early for something like that?
- So you won't marry me?
- Oh God, of course I will marry you. I don't want you to die alone with 5 cats.
- Oh wow, thank you for caring so much for me.
