It is creepy how Jimin and Taehyung are so dedicated and determined to actually find out about the truth Jungkook hides.

But this time, there is a twist.

Ironic to his usual nature, Taehyung is dubious of unleashing the so called 'hidden truth'. For the past eight to nine months, all Taehyung has wanted, is to solve the mystery of Jungkook's discomfort. But right now, his conscience keeps chiming in saying he should stop. And Jimin, on the contrary, is more than eager to find things out, in spite of the fact that he was always the one who suggested to take slow, baby steps.

Jimin's lips are dominated by a wide, elated smile. But as he looks at his pal Taehyung, his face surges into a frown.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Asks Jimin, nudging Taehyung in the rib.

Taehyung slightly flinches due to the contact, because the place where they are standing, plays with a cold, eerie aura.

"N-nothing." Fumbles the blonde.

"You are literally crumbled up," Jimin speaks, "It can't be nothing."

Taehyung is quiet. Too quiet. How will he tell Jimin that he - who has been waiting for this day so damn eagerly - right now, wants to go back home. Back to his apartment, back to his room, back to his bed, which he misses more than anything right now.

"I just..." Taehyung trails off, gulping harder than ever.

And to makes things worse, his conscience chimes in.

"You know you want to go back home and cuddle your pillow"

"Do we have to do this?" Taehyung speaks amidst the trepidation and apprehension that fills him, "I mean, we can just go back home right?" He chuckles in an awkward manner, shrugging.

With his palms in the shape of leather balls and his lower lip caged between his incisors, Taehyung looks at Jimin with eyes that blaze with disquietude.

Jimin pauses for some time. He cocks his head to the side and stares at his friend for yet another couple of seconds. Finally, heaving a sigh, he straight away asks, "Are you scared?"

Gulping again, Taehyung answers, "Yes, yes I am."

Jimin stands closer as he wraps one of his arms around Taehyung's shoulder. Rubbing Taehyung's shoulder gently, Jimin says, "Do not worry my man," he smiles, "You have me. Nothing is going to happen, trust me."

Taehyung exhales deeply. He looks at the pale, white building that stands firm in front of him. He finds it creepy, and to some extent, ghastly.

"If I die," Taehyung bites his lip, "I will haunt you for the rest of your human life, and then torture you when you go to hell."

"Of course," Jimin says, "I will be honoured."

Giving one last deathly glare to his friend, Taehyung takes the first step, surprisingly.

"Woah." Mutters Jimin to himself, lips curving downwards to form an amused expression.

"You coming or not?" Taehyung speaks from a distance, his voice loud and clear.

"Yeah, hold up." Jimin does a little shoulder wiggle before jogging up to the blonde, who stands at a distance with a ruling frown on his face.

Jimin swings his arm around Taehyung's shoulder. "You seem excited."

"I would like to bet on that." Taehyung says, his voice filled with sarcasm. Rolling his eyes, he sighs before he says, "I just hope we don't make things worse."
